Now that we have retired, Bruce and I are enjoying the fact that we can combine our love of travel with being able to help others have the peace of mind to go and enjoy their own holiday knowing that their home and much loved pets are being looked after and well cared for. We have now been housesitting for several years in some lovely locations around Australia, and have taken care of many different pets, which we tend to become very attached to. Having both grown up on a farm we are quite at ease with farm animals and are willing to do any gardening or small tasks that may be required.
Bruce and I are non smokers and are willing to exercise your pets daily if required.
Other than travelling, we love our photography, bushwalking, birdwatching and anything at all to do with nature in general.
It would be great if you could please consider us when planning your next trip away.

Vicki and Bruce are absolute legends. The only evidence they’ve been here is that the house is cleaner than when we left. Communication with Vicki and Bruce was always timely. They followed instructions to a T. We are on tank water and they respected the need to be frugal. Our vege gardens were well cared for and our fish and wild birds happy. We have no hesitation in recommending them and hope they will come and stay again.

Vicki and Bruce were great house sitters! We felt totally relaxed on our holiday knowing they were there! We knew that our house and pooch were getting so much love while we were away! We 100% recommend them for any future house sits!

We came home to a content Gwen, a swept porch, mowed lawns, tidy house, thriving house plants & garden....even a few repairs to our oven door! Made unpacking so satisfying! My husband and I felt really comfortable from the moment we met Vicki and Bruce. They came a week before we were due to leave for a visit just to meet the animals and view the property. I would have no hesitation in recommending Bruce and Vicki to look after your house and pets. On my return home the dogs and cats were happy, the house spotless and the yard recently mowed. They even managed to charm a bird with attitude who is picky about his friends. I found Bruce and Vicki to be friendly, reliable and incredibly helpful in extending their stay a few days so I could help my Mum a little longer.
