Graham & I are non smoking, friendly, reliable retirees, who love travelling and exploring new places.
Our home is in the beautiful Barossa Valley, South Australia.
But sadly, when we lost our elderly Ridgeback dog, he left a big hole in our lives.
So that led us to house sitting, where we could still get the enjoyment of cuddling and caring for other peoples pets.
Many, many years ago we had a small acreage hobby farm, with the usual farm animals e.g. dogs, cats, chooks, ducks, several sheep and a horse.
We are caring and trustworthy and would treat both your animals and home as if they were our own.
Your animals will receive lots of love, cuddles, walks and kindness.
We are happy to forward sms/email updates, with pics of your pet/s regularly for your peace of mind.

This was the first time we used Aussie House Sitters and I was so fortunate to have Rose and Graham as our house sitters, and more importantly carers for our fur baby, Gus. There are not enough stars to rate the care that Rose and Graham gave to our house and Great Dane while we were on our recent European holiday. Making prior arrangements to stay was very efficient and built our confidence that our home and dog were in the best, most experienced hands. We where very Happy With Rose and Graham our home and fur babies where well looked after would recommend them very high
Only met Rose and Graham the day before our departure- our impressions were very much in accordance with all their other favourable reviews- and we felt very comfortable in the knowledge the animals would be well cared for during our 2 months away.
Unfortunately, while we were away both dogs needed some veterinary attention, we were uncontactable , but Rose and Graham responded to quickly and appropriately.
On our return, the house was spotless, the pets were happy and healthy.

Rose and Graham were amazing. They looked after my boys (cats) so well, regular updates given, house was kept so clean I could’ve sworn a cleaner had been through. The garden was maintained well.

Rose and Graham were wonderful house sitters. As soon as they arrived we felt at ease leaving our animals especially our dogs with them. When we left for our trip the dogs didn't even get upset like they normally would. This is the second time I have been lucky enough to book Rose and Graham for house sitting, they do such a lovely job, always send beautiful photo's of my dog's and cat's I never worry about a thing. Rose and Graham were the perfect sitters. They were pretty self contained and fitted in easily. They kept us informed about the pups, who they obviously looked after with care. They left the house immaculate. We would thoroughly recommend them as sitters and would happily welcome them back in the future.

Rose and Graham took great care of our house and pets while we were away and left the house very clean and tidy. Rose provided excellent communication with us prior to the stay and then gave updates on the animals while we were away and a summary on our return.
We are very thank full for the loving care and attention for our Pets and Home that Rose and Graham provided during the 6 days they kindly offered to stay in our home. Was lovely to have Rose and Graham sit for us again. The fur babies were well looked after and contented on our return. The house was clean and tidy and the plants watered. I would be more than happy to have Graham and Rose sit for us again and highly recommend them.
Rose and Graham were fantastic. This was our first time using this site and they helped us immensley. It was lovely to come home after a long trip to a house that was immaculate. They were very loving to our dog and that was our biggest concern. I would definately use them and again and recommend them to other house owners. They were brilliant. 11 out of 10 in all areas.
Rose and Graham did a lovely job looking after my pets and home. Really appreciated the photo updates of the two greyhounds and two cats, communication was wonderful. House was clean and tidy, would definitely book them again and/or recommend to others.
We did not meet Rose and Graham before we left but had spoken on the phone and found Rose and Graham to be extremely accommodating. We came home to find everything in tip top order - the house was sparkling, the plants healthy and our dog happy and content.

Rose and Graham were fantastic house sitters. I have a small hobby farm with a dog, chickens, pony and sheep, I came back to a home that was cleaner than I left it. My dog was very well looked after, so too the other animals. Very happy from the moment I met them and I was able to leave the country worry free.

Rose and Graham did an excellent job of looking after my house, chooks, ducks, cat and goldfish for two weeks. I felt comfortable with them as soon as I met them and felt I didn't have to worry about my house or animals whilst I was away. My house was beautiful and clean on my return.

I can't say enough about Rose & Graham. We were their first house sit & the care & understanding that our three dogs & two horses received was very much appreciated. We came home to very happy animals & our home was sparkling.
They kept in touch with us & nothing was a problem.
We only hope that they can come back to us when we have our next holiday. I highly recommend them both to care for your home & babies knowing that they will be loved as we found them.
