Hello there,
My husband & I are retired scientists that previously worked for the Australian Animal Health Laboratory CSIRO. We would love to care for your animals, garden & home while you are away. The motivation for us being to spend time & explore the local area you live in - a win win situation!

We are from the Geelong region (VIC) and have previously owned acreage, where we breed alpacas and Labrador dogs (some adopted by SEDA (Seeing Eye Dogs Australia). Gary (hubby) is a qualified Animal Technician and Wildlife Carer (Bats) & general handy man. I love to spend time gardening and would be only to happy to tend to your garden and/or house plants as required. I grew up on a Dairy Farm, in a menagerie of animals, caring for cows, horses, dogs, cats, chickens, ducks, geese, fish, turtles, blue tongue lizard and a cockatoo all my life.

We have owned an Airbnb previously and know what it means to trust strangers in your property. We are responsible and communicative. We will leave you property clean and cared for, whilst giving regular updates to you while you are away on how your loved pets are going.

We also appreciate energy conservation, promising to keep power/water/gas usage to a minimum while you are away. Our own home has solar panels and rainwater tanks, therefore we have experience being energy conscious and water conservative.

We are clean living non smokers, no kids or pets with us while we care for your animals, garden & house. We are fully vaccinated for COVID & Flu. Police checks done & can be provided.
