Retired

Experienced with the young energetic up to the more mature pets and their medical needs, plus keen gardeners and neat and tidy homemakers. We enjoy a good walk so having a 4 legged companion makes the walk more pleasurable. We have cared for dogs (young and old) cats, birds (including chickens), and fish.

Be assured, we will respect and care for your home, your privacy, your precious pets and gardens.

We are non-smokers and prefer to sit in a house also of nonsmokers.

We had our own fur kids (dogs) for more than 30 years. Two of the fur kids were pound rescues: a Jack Russell X; and a Whippet X with the littlest one a Papillion X. Each had their own quirky ways and expectations.

Now retired and commencing our travels around Australia to new sites, meeting new people and their precious pets.

We look forward to meeting you and your much-loved pets.

5 stars for everything! Marg and Andrew were the perfect sitters for Cino and Polly. All communication prior and during the sit was great. We left without a worry in the world and arrived home to happy doggies and a nice clean house :)

Marg and Andrew are lovely. They met us ahead of their stay to have a chat and ensure it was a good fit. Our dog was very happy. The fish too! Marg and Andrew kept us informed whilst we were away and did some gardening too, which was a great help. The house was just as we left it. We would definitely have them back. A great first time experience with Aussie Housesitters for us. Marg and Andrew are highly recommended.
