Together for over 30 years, we are a retired, non dependant no smoking, dog loving couple of clean habits that love fitness & traveling. We have in the past, owned & run successful businesses including restaurants, cafes, bed & breakfasts on large acreage with livestock along with many motels as relief managers. Our duties have been vast over the years & have also included, but not limited to, looking after people's pets & properties of various types. We love dogs & miss having our own after his sad passing yet knowing he had a long healthy life, we now get our fix from other people's dogs & pet's. Having ownership of several properties ourselves, we pride ourselves on cleanliness & keeping both the indoors & outdoors tidy. Also as avid gardeners we love getting in & having a go, usually going that extra mile to leave a place as if it were ours, even to the point of attending to any maintenance issues. These days we travel extensively with our caravan & folding electric bikes onboard, enjoying cycling, long walks & exploring this great country that we live in.
Happy to utilise our own caravan or your accommodation, which ever suits best, we are always keen to arrive early & go over your entire requirements prior to your departure.

Mark and carmen cared for my house and dog recently while I was away visiting family. It can be a daunting experience leaving your home and loved pet with strangers, but I felt very comfortable with mark and Carmen, who kept me updated on my (moodle) dog, even walking him twice daily. They also not only left my home immaculate, but tended to a few jobs that I was unable to undertake. My little dog was very well cared for and I,m sure would have gladly gone home with them given the choice! ... MORE

Mark and Carmen sat for me for just a few days to take care of Kiki the cat and my tropical fish. They were kind enough to do a meet and greet beforehand and I immediately felt comfortable with them. Kiki was very well cared for and received lots of attention and cuddles. And no fish died lol Mark and Carmen left my house spotless, washed all the linen and cared for my struggling plants and brought them back to life. Mark & Carmen were fantastic. Our dog Harley was obviously well cared for whilst we were away, and our house was spotless when we returned. Communication was good and they kept us updated during their stay. I would not hesitate to invite them again if we are away and would fully recommend them to any prospective client. Harley has been sulking since they left and keeps going to the door looking for them to come back. I think that is the best recommendation possible.

Mark and Carmen were our perfect housesitters and more importantly for us gave great care and attention to our fur babies, spoilt I would say. Communication line was always open which gave us peace of mind to enjoy our break away. We have arrived home to a spotlessly clean home and two very chilled dogs. We highly recommend Mark and Carmen as house sitters. They left the house spotless and really looked after the garden, pool and our dog Gabbi. They went out of their way to look after Gabbi, taking her for walks and drives in the car, she will certainly miss them. You won’t go wrong having Mark and Carmen house sit for you.
