  • We have small to medium farm experience with cattle, sheep, chooks and ducks. We had a hobby farm in Teesdale with 10 or so Belted Galloways including a beautiful bull called Rocko, We have electrical (including electric fence)/ mechanical/hydraulics & plumbing repair experience and are well versed in providing solutions for problems We have motorbike and quad experience, basically able to operate anything if shown the ropes. We have previously owned ride-on mowers, including Zero-Turn models, used Dingo/Kanga style Mini-Loaders & Trenchers, can drive tractors including hitch of attachments

Just starting out and have already enjoyed 2 successful, long term house sits and looking forward to our third. We prefer longer term sits if possible, anything over a month. Our aim is to roam the country whilst working (if possible), hopefully returning seasonally to rinse and repeat.

Our first house sit involved looking after 10 adult Rhodesian Ridgebacks, feeding, running the dogs, cleaning kennels and THEN came the 3 litters of puppies of which not only were we monitoring 24/7, making sure they were warm and fed but we also helped with the births & whelping of 2 of the litters.

Our second house sit, of which we are in the middle of, involves sheep, chooks, ducks and Polly the sheep dog. Daly walks to check animals, water levels & pumps

We both have references, Police checks and impeccable ethics and reputations, we love animals of ALL kinds and are extremely mindful and kind in nature

No rating We were fortunate that Ronnie and Trevor found us and committed to our house sit and dog care. They lived on our property for 6 months in their self contained van. They made themselves readily available at all times when care was required for our dogs and puppies. All our dogs bonded with them immediately.
