I was impressed with how important it was for them to have as much information clearly provided about Molly my rescue cat as possible. They took such care of Molly, sent me lots of updates and photos. I felt completely at ease and Molly was happy and relaxed when I returned. The house was clean and in order, they had stripped the bed and put the washing on too. I would absolutely recommend Bonnie and Max, and invite them back - which I have done, but unfortunately they are not available for my next sit.

Bonnie and Max were fantastic. They looked after our highly anxious Border Collie who doesn’t trust many people, and built a great bond with her. They regularly communicated before we went away, visiting the house twice to make sure they knew what to do and meet our dog. Whilst away, we received texts and update photos on how the dog was. The house was left clean and tiny and washing had been done. We would highly recommend Bonnie and Amazon, and happily use them again.

It was so nice to have 3 weeks away and come home to a happy dog and very well kept house. We highly recommend Bonnie and Max! You will not be disappointed. We would not hesitate to use them again. (Unfortunately for Bonnie and Max our outside spa was out of action due to a technical issue which could not be repaired due to the Christmas shut-down.)
