quiet and conscientious carer

Hi, I'm Emily. I'm 36 and between houses at the moment. I love animals and have a range of experience caring for cats, dogs, birds, chickens, guinea pigs, rabbits and goats. My particular love is cats, probably just because they have been in my life the most.

I lost my own beloved furbaby Grayson (cat) last year after 11 years together, he was my life and I miss him immensely. My recent housesits have been lovely, giving me that special connection with animals again, even if only temporarily.

I am a quiet person and enjoy being at home. I mostly work, gym, go out into nature and maybe grab brunch or go to a show with a friend on the weekends. I take pride in my home and like to keep a clean and tidy house, so you can rest assured I will look after yours as if it were my own.

I am always keen to meet before a sit starts, so I can meet your animal and see if you think they are comfortable with me, as well as you of course. I also like to see if I feel like I will be comfortable in your home - as I am sure you have experienced yourself, sometimes places can just feel off for different people.

We were so fortunate to have Emily housesit while we travelled. She took fantastic care of our cat and our home. She communicated clearly before, during and after the sit and was a pleasure to work with. We received photos of our happy and content cat during our trip and we came home to a clean house (with fresh milk in the fridge!). We couldn’t have hoped for better. We would absolutely recommend Emily without hesitation.
