Imogen & Peter

Hi there, we are Imogen and Peter. We currently live in regional Victoria on a family farm with our young daughter Abigail, dog Rafe, birds and even some cattle plus lots of wildlife that come and visit from time to time.

We moved from Sydney recently to be closer to family and friends. However, we still need to travel back to Sydney every few months for Imogen's work. So we are looking to house sit semi-regularly as we move back and forth between Sydney and Victoria for work/family. We have house sat a number of times now and we've loved it. It's also been a great opportunity for our daughter to experience new places and develop her confidence around other animals.

Imogen works remotely and part time as a Senior Program Manager for a Sydney-based agricultural research organisation. Peter also works from home - looking after Abigail during the day and working as an economist in the evenings.

We all absolutely love animals - all and any animals. We have had lots of gorgeous pets over the years - lots of dogs, cats, birds, chickens, rabbits, fish... and now the list includes cattle!

We would love to house sit for you, looking after your home and furry family members while you're away. We will look after them as if they were our own and return them to you just as you left them (or hopefully better!). We understand it can be difficult leaving your home and pets in someone else's charge so we're very happy to keep in touch while you're away and keep you updated on how everyone is doing. 

WIth at least one of us home the vast majority of the day/night your pets won't have to deal with the stress or anxiety of being alone, providing them with the love and attention they need. We love going for lots of walks and snuggles are definitely welcomed but we also respect if they want their own space. Living on a regional property, we are certainly used to doing odd jobs and tending to the garden so happy to do so for you where needed. 

If you choose us as your house sitters, you can be rest assured that your home and pets will be in good hands. We have housesat/petsat many times and all have gone very well :) We've looked after large/small/young/old dogs, timid/cuddly cats and fish. We would be happy to provide references who can attest to our reliability, trustworthiness and love of animals. Neither of us smoke.
