Fay and Bruce did an amazing job looking after our home, garden and our “girls”. Fay regularly sent photos and updates to us via Whatsapp, which was very much appreciated. Her communications gave us the ability to enjoy our holiday without worrying about our two mini schnauzers, we missed them very much but the messages made us realize the girls were very settled. What a marvelous couple of house sitters. From initial contact to the end of the sit Fay and Bruce were excellent communicators. They came over to meet our three boys and brought them a treat. On arrival we met two extremely lovely friendly people who have a genuine love of animals. Our house and three poodles were looked after immaculately. Bruce and Fay were brilliant house sitters. They were super friendly, great communicators and took great care of our fur babies. 1 lge dog and 2 cats.
Bruce even mowed our lawn, a very large area with a push mower! So amazing.
The house was spotless and everything was perfect when we got home.

Bruce & Fay not only took fantastic care of our fur baby, Koi, and home, they went beyond to mop up after the torrential rain had flooded our downstairs room which held all our packed moving boxes . Bruce and Fay sent pics and regular updates on our pets and even updates on the weather for our future travels upon returning back in Australia. I highly recommend Brace & Fay to look after your home & pets . Looking forward to having them house sit again on our next holiday

Bruce and Fay are the absolute best. We booked them to care for our pug Mei and our home as we were heading on a short overseas trip.
Bruce & Fay had great communication which included sharing videos of Mei while we were away. They kept our home spotless and our elderly pug happy in her own surroundings.

Don't think twice! Bruce and Fay are fantastic. Easygoing, organised, excellent attention to detail, and they go above and beyond. From dropping us at the airport to welcoming milk in the fridge, grounds and pool care, they do it all. Not to mention a very busy time with whelping and puppy care - WOW!!. Bruce and Fay are amazing human beings. You would be very lucky and spoilt to have them housesit for you. We cannot praise them enough.

One of our Groodles had a major operation on the day we flew out, Faye and Bruce were SO reassuring that we go and all would be taken care of.

Fay and Bruce were absolutely amazing, taking care of our high maintenance pooches and our menagerie of assorted pets (chickens, tropical fish, shrimps and stick insects) plus our garden. We could not have asked for better house/dog sitters! Fay and Bruce were absolutely incredible. They took such care with our dogs and had amazing attention to detail. They asked lots of questions to ensure they knew everything about our dogs so they could take the best possible care of them. We received regular photo and email updates of the dogs while we were away which was lovely. They are both true animal lovers and had fantastic knowledge and experience with pets.

They housesat our 3 acre property for 6.5 mths recently and the house, grounds and pool were immaculate with power and firewood usage far lower than when we are home. I was so happy with Fay and Bruce, They had immediate rapport with Dexie, my Golden Retriever. They sent news and photos and their response when we had to call the NRMA was so kind and helpful, I thought I must get these wonderful people again if I need another sit.
The house was left absolutely sparkling and enough food and wine to last me for a few days.

We have a dog, six chooks, a rooster and sheep. 9 ewes had lambs during our absence and Fay and Bruce managed the lambing perfectly. They even looked after a rejected lamb and took great care of her. It made our stay so much more relaxed and enjoyable since we knew that everything was taken care of back home.

We were extremely lucky to get Fay and Bruce in for a couple of weeks in June2017.
When you meet them for the first time, and they have doggie treats in their pockets, you know that you're onto a good thing, as was our puppies.
We were lucky enough to have them arrive a few days early so that the pups could get to know them, and it worked a treat.
Upon our return the house was cleaner than when we left.
The puppies were very well looked after, and content; and the fireplace was glowing ... MOREWe were extremely lucky to get Fay and Bruce in for a couple of weeks in June2017.

We were away for a month, leaving two dogs, 2 cows and a five acre property. They managed everything superbly including a challenging situation with one of our dogs and the replacement of an electric fence system.
Fay and Bruce were very considerate and respectful of being in "our space". They showed genuine affection towards our dogs, who were very well looked after and enjoyed all the attention. One dog, who is a bit more troublesome, was noticeably better behaved when we returned.
We also appreciated the regular, funny and reassuring updates about life at home including photos via email. They mowed lawns, did some gardening, kept the house tidy, drove us to and from the airport and had a lovely meal ready when we arrived home.
We couldn't have asked for more - thanks Fay and Bruce!
