Siobhan Turtle & Antonio Filipok

We are a small family that have been travelling and working around Australia doing contract work for the last 9 years. We have a home (about .5 acres) in Indonesia where we spend 6 months of the year. We have a big garden with many varieties of plants, trees which we grew from scratch with the assistance of our first employee and oversaw the building of all constructions on the property. As we don’t yet have a home in Australia we are looking to know more communities on a deeper level in search of a place to settle/invest. We are new to house sitting so we don’t have any reviews yet, however can provide great references whom can testify to our characters as home carers. We are very clean and respectful and love animals! Both my partner and I have been the caring owners of dogs. My partner has also owned several horses throughout her life, chickens, birds, rabbits, fish and cats. I’ve done pruning jobs for large and small farms, helped to build a pen for guineafowl and a coop for hens. Have assisted in roof repairs, fence repairs, cutting down trees, can repair surfboards, did a couple of jobs painting homes and am good with general home maintenance. I’m also very good with technology. We both have experience caring for friends pets, and I have house sat a couple of friends properties. One in Tasmania and one in Ecuador.
We also have beautiful, well behaved 3 year old twins that my wife cares for with great diligence, love and compassion. We enjoy nature, bushwalking, bird spotting, chasing waterfalls, canoeing, all beach/ocean activities, playgrounds, cycling, travelling, playing tennis, surfing, camping, movies, sitting in silence with a cuppa, reading and spending time with family and friends. My wife likes sewing, going to markets, all things art related, horse riding, and organising things. We are going to adopt 2 puppies on our next trip to Indonesia and have been caring for a local stray cat since about August last year. We adopted a stray dog and her puppies about 3 years ago and found them good homes. We had adopted another cat for whom we loved dearly but unfortunately when we returned to Australia for the birth of our twins we weren’t able to return for over a year and she had gone by the time we returned.
