Connecting with animals, nature and meeting new people fill my heart with joy. You can rest assured that I will not smoke, drink nor party in your home as it's not something that interests me. I will treat your home as if it were mine plus any additional instructions you may have. While I'm empathetic to your pets needs, I am also conscious of security as well as my footprint on your land and home.
I've recently sold my property and am now on a quest to find a new place to call home. While I explore my options in your neighbourhood, I'd love to put your mind at ease and house sit for you so you can enjoy your time away... (or yacht sit, farm sit or even volunteer as a WOOFFer at a permaculture farm). I can also sit your business too if required...
I'm happy to do a meet and greet with you and your fur family prior to locking in the sit to see if we're a good fit. Also happy to provide references and reviews from previous house sits from other sources.

We cannot rate Mae highly enough! She looked after our chooks, our cat and plants wonderfully! We loved the regular photos and updates she provided of our furry and feathered friends. We are very house proud people and Mae left our property in spotless condition! Her communication was 10/10 and she was very respectful of our property. We felt extremely comfortable leaving our house and pets in her care whilst we were away overseas, she really put our minds at ease! The next time we go ... MOREWe cannot rate Mae highly enough! Mae was amazing! She took such fabulous care of our dog Lottie and her communication was outstanding. She regularly sent photo and message updates to reassure us that everything was great at home. Mae recently did a house/pet sit in our home. Mae was very pleasant to talk to & kept in contact from the confirmed sit. We got daily updates of the dogs and Mae kept our plants hydrated. Mae did an amazing job under extremely difficult circumstances. Shortly after leaving on holidays a cyclone hit and then flooding throughout the area. Mae kept in close contact throughout and ensured furniture and belongings were safe. She was flexible when an emergency situation might have occurred. We got home weeks later to a happy dog and clean house. I would definitely have Mae back and would highly recommend her.

Mae looked after our fur babies on 2 separate occasions (3.5 weeks total) and was excellent both times. Mae gave the dogs the care and attention we had hoped for and we returned to 2 happy and healthy dogs. Mae kept the place tidy and the plants watered. Mae was a great communicator and we felt confident leaving the dogs in her care for this reason. Would recommend Mae to anyone seeking a house or pet sitter.

Mae was a fantastic housesitter. Even though our dog had passed away since we put up the ad and accepted the housesit, she was happy to honour her engagement and do the gig.
Communication with Mae was really easy and friendly. She did not hesitate to ask if she was unsure about something and otherwise followed the instructions I left her very well. The house was left neat and tidy as we left it.
I can definitely recommend her if you need your house well looked after.

Mae is amazing! She connected almost immediately with my normally shy dog. She made certain she had all his information (meds, etc) right, before I left, and I found him to be very happy and healthy when I got home.
Mae is very conscientious. She kept in contact just enough, when I was away, and called me immediately if there was a problem. I found my home and yard to be in excellent condition on my return.
I would have her back any time, and can recommend her whole-heartedly as a sitter.

Both my husband & I found Mae's communication fantastic even though we were in and out of signal whilst on our holiday. We loved receiving photo updates of our two gorgeous cocker spaniels whilst we were away, we could tell Mae was taking great care of them which included taking them for walks... their favourite outing!
Mae left our guesthouse clean and tidy. We wouldn't hesitate to have Mae house sit for us again.

Mae was amazing! She had a couple challenges to deal with and did so with no drama. My house was spotless, my animals all fed and happy. She communicated whenever she needed and always replied in a very timely manner.

Mae was awesome! I would highly recommend her to everyone. She was reliable, trustworthy and very thorough. We received regular updates with photos of our cat and dog, who both looked very happy :-). The house was left very clean and Mae even left us a little gift If/when we go away again, I will definitely be checking Mae's availability!

Mae was an excellent house sitter. She communicated well during the house sit and kept me up to date with everything. She definitely has a way with animals, and my Lily took to her straight away.
