Kathy & Phil

Phil & I are a clean, tidy, non-smoking professional IT couple who mainly work from home and are very lucky with flexible work agreements.

We are interested in short housesits a close drive from Sydney so we can explore what is on our doorstep while having the added joy of having pets around. We are housesitting for pats and cuddles as we recently lost our beloved 13 year old greyhound and would like to head overseas at some point before settling down again with a new rescue.

We are huge animal and nature lovers, we especially love dogs - the bigger, the better. We enjoyed doing basic obedience training with our dogs. We both love twice daily dog walks and getting out and about.

Kathy also has a lot of experience handling and caring for horses, having owned and worked with them for over 15 years during her teens and 20s. We also have had chickens in the past so are more than happy to care for your flock.

We have used Aussie House Sitters to have sitters come and look after our dogs and home, so we have a great understanding of how important communication and trust is when letting someone look after your pet and your home.
