Hi, my name is Jocelyn with my son, Ocean. My son and I came to Australia from America to visit family and have fallen in love with the central coast, so we plan on sticking around a bit longer.

I have always had dogs and cats as my companions, but since my dog/best friend of 14 years died at the end of 2021 I have regained my freedom to travel. In this, I have discovered a way to have both needs met. I get to love other peoples pets while they’re away, and enjoy watching my son grow in love with them too, as well as visit new, beautiful places.

If you are thinking housesitting would be a bit much for a single mum and bub, know that for the first five months of Ocean’s life, we were living with a family who went out of town every weekend. So we would watch after their border collie, cat, bearded dragon, and 5 chickens. Pet sitting brings more love, stimulation, and energy into our lives. Now, for his 9 months of life we have lived with various different animals and Ocean has learned the meaning and understanding of being gentle.

Since arriving in Australia, we have done a few dog sits and absolutely love it. Taking care of pets and plants is second nature for me. It makes life feel normal when away from home.

I am responsible, respectful, and organized and your home and pets will be in good care.

We live a simple and peaceful life spending time on the beach, going for walks with fur babies, throwing balls, park visits, and relaxing at home.

Rest assured, we will lovingly look after your home while you’re away with comforting energy for your furry loved ones.
