I am a mature, non-smoking, dependable and animal loving female.

I have been a home owner and looked after people's homes and pets in Australia and England, so understand the importance of security, good housekeeping and faithful pet care. I have excellent references from sits in Australia and the UK, and regularly do repeat sits in both countries.

I particularly enjoy the company of dogs and cats and have also looked after chooks, fish and turtles, so am open to caring for other pets! I am fit and capable, and walking dogs is a pleasure. I am more than happy to do light gardening and lawn mowing if required. I like being home-based so I can keep pets company and maintain consistent home security.

I am looking for a new home of my own and house sitting is a wonderful way to sample different areas to help me decide where to settle.

No rating Rachel recently housesat for me and took wonderful care of both my home and my cat, Reg. This is the third time that Rachel has sat for me Reg. just loves having her stay and is totally relaxed in her care. The house, pool and surrounds are also well cared for and it is always lovely to come home to a clean and tidy house and yard. I highly recommend Rachel as a house sitter and hope that I am lucky enough to have her come to stay in the future.

Rachel was a pleasure to deal with; communicating prior to and during the house sit, even travelling some distance to meet with me. She kept my house extremely clean and tidy, and looked after the garden beautifully, even mowing the lawns. Rachel is amazing. We met with her prior to the sit and from then we stayed in contact, especially during her time spent with Bec (our greyhound). Bec enjoyed her daily walks and was so content when we arrived home. We were so happy with the cleanliness of the unit, it was immaculate. I would not hesitate to recommend Rachel to family and friends wanting the perfect house sitter.

Rachel was wonderful, from our first meeting we were very happy with her taking care of our house and our kitten, Aska.. Aska is timid, but by the end of the house sit, Rachel had won her over. I would recommend Rachel to house sit with confidence and have already asked if she would return to house sit for us in the future.

Annie my little dog and I were very happy to have Rachel come and stay at our home. She really looked after the house and garden, the house looked so clean and tidy, the plants were smiling, and there was nothing for me to do but unpack!! Rachel did a splendid job in looking after our two cats and home. Our house was left clean and tidy and most importantly the cats were healthy and happy. We were given updates with photos and she catered to their individual needs. I would highly recommend Rachel and definitely would ask again to housesit for us.

We are so grateful to Rachel who took wonderful care of our 2 dogs, 1 Cat, and 5 Chickens. Rachel stayed in our home for 9 Nights over the Easter Break and we couldn't have been happier, the pools was cleaned and the house was immaculate, but most importantly to us was the care of the animals, I actually think the girls are missing you :) So thanks again Rachel, really hope to have you in our home again !!!
