I am Australian and my husband is German . We have retired and have returned to Australia from overseas. We love all animals but have most experience with dogs and cats. We lived in the Sydney area, middle Cove, Castlecrag and Willoughby areas for 7 years. We were both employed in management positions in Airlines and have travelled and lived in many countries. We are reliable, honest and will treasure your house and pets . We have lots of time for cuddles. We are based in Ryde and interested in staying in new areas to explore.

Helmut and Helen made us feel at ease, coming the day before to look after our house and animals the first time using house sitters. Photos were sent on our trip letting us know everything was well taken care off. On our arrival back the animals were well looked after along with our house. Helmut and Helen had a wonderful time and even meeting the neighbours, spending time with them. I will definitely reach out again if we need house sitters next year. Helen and Helmut are amazing, what a find. They are kind, gracious people who I highly recommend and will definitely use again if the opportunity arises. We were able to meet Helen and Helmut prior to the sit and immediately felt at ease. Our cats were in for a treat with loads of attention and cuddles about to come their way, I don't think they even noticed we were gone. They are the perfect surrogate parents. I am so happy we found Helen and Helmut. It felt like we were leaving our house and beloved and pampered dog with close family friends not strangers. Helen and Helmut were wonderful with communication so we could enjoy our holiday knowing everything was taken care of at home. Our little dog now has life-long friends. We returned home to a beautifully clean home after the considerate care of Helen and Helmut! Thank you
