How about you let us take really good care of your home, plants and pets?
Since we are now settling in nicely into the West End, our focus has shifted a bit and we are predominantly looking for long weekends or one week for the time being. We really enjoyed our last 6 1/2 years of full-time house sitting, but sometimes it is just time for a change.
Being a self-employed mature couple who likes to travel, we love the sea, we love good coffee, we love nature, we love theatre, we love good books, we love silence, we love good music and we love animals.
We've been house-sitting in New Zealand, Germany and Australia for 6 1/2 years now and really enjoy it. Also while renting (now in the West End, for 8 years in New Zealand and before in Germany), we always had good relationships with our landlords and neighbours. Referrals and Police checks are no problem at all.
One of the reasons may be that we care about our things and therefore we also take care of your things. We like staying in nice and tidy surroundings and we are non-smokers.
As we are both self-employed and work from home internet based (IT; Meditation, Feng Shui & Coaching) Broadband and Wifi are a necessity for us. Spending our breaks and time off-screen with your animals we see as a bonus for us, as it is quality time for us too. Our party years are well behind us and we like a quiet lifestyle (but love a good coffee or glass of wine from time to time).

Sandra and Stefan looked after my property in FNQ for 7 weeks. Upon return my family of animals had all been well cared for and were happy. My house was clean and tidy. Sandra and Stefan were reliable and communicated well. Thank you guys for a job well done.
We came home to a house and dog that were pretty much just as we left them - just what we wanted from our housesitters. Sandra and Stefan looked after the house Charlie very well and were great to deal with.
Sandra & Stefan provided excellent care for our pet and home. When we arrived home, the house was clean & tidy, and our pet was very relaxed. They communicated well and sent pics of our pet at regular intervals. Not too many, not too few. Our neighbours told us how lovely and considerate Sandra and Stefan were. If you are looking for pet/home sitter please do consider them as they are truly wonderful and will treat your home like it's their own. A++ sitters.

We have never had a house sitter before. We took our time and carefully decided whom to pick and take care of our house & dogs while we went away for more than 4 weeks. In their description, Sandra and Stephan came across as genuine, down to earth couple. Only after we picked them up from the airport and spent a couple of days together, we realized how well we fit together. Sandra & Stefan are beautiful people and it has been wonderful to have them look after our rather large fur/feather & fin family. Great communication from the start, very flexible and they even came a couple days early so we would have enough time to show them around and for our pets to get comfortable with them. When we decided to travel for 6 weeks we were quite concerned about how our young dog, aging cat, and hens would be cared for. We were also nervous about pet/house sitters as we've never had one before. Stefan and Sandra laid all of our worries to rest. They cared for our animals very well, including making a real effort to train our dog in the same way we did. She is calmer and better off lead now than before. There is nothing more secure than having people at home while you're away. Get a house sitter.
