Hello.
We are Sophia and Rory. A couple, travelling the world. We are both working professionals who took some time off to explore the South east Asia and Australia. We are now planning to spend one or two years in Australia.
We love animals, especially dogs but really any kind. Sophia is great with horses and cats and every dog loves Rory even if Sophia tries the hardest to get their attention.
We are very loving and cuddly towards pets so they would be well taken care of while you are away.
We both grew up with dogs (big and small : lab, golden,staffy and most recently cavoodle & labradoodle). Sophia also grew up riding horses and being around cats.
We both work remotely so we have lots of time to spend with your pets during the day and in the evenings. We are both very layed back and enjoy the outdoors. Our hobbies include hiking, surfing, scuba diving and fishing (only Rory) so if we would find a place close to nature we would be very happy.

First time using sitters for our four legged baby and Rory and Sophia were amazing, cared for our cocker spaniel like she was their own. Communicated throughout their stay and updated us with photos of Cleo - quick to contact us if any issues. Happily recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, couple to care your pets and basic/general yard maintenance.
Sophia & Rory were great. Took good care of our house and our dog Boss loved them. Always quick to respond and we were travelling stress free because of that.
Sophia and Rory did a great job looking after our two cats, dog and house for a week. After meeting them we felt super comfortable with leaving our fur babies with them and they were great in keeping us updated.
The house was clean when we returned home and bedsheets already on the line. We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Sophia and Rory were easy-going, friendly and very communicative house sitters and really looked after our two staffies. The house was left spotless and they were even so kind as to leave us a little parting gift. We would not hesitate to have them visit again! This is the very first time that we have used Aussie House Sitters and we have had the most wonderful experience having Sophia and Rory sit for us. They are a lovely, young couple that are very easy going and willing to give things a go. Our two beautiful dogs fell in love with them both and still head down to the cottage to see if they are there. Sophia and Rory looked after our house very well. The kitchen was in a much better state than I left it in, very thankful for that. Our little dog clearly enjoyed their company and was in good hands in our absence. A lovely young couple enjoying some travels in our beautiful country.
