We are a family of five (16, 13, 11) who have recently moved to Cairns to commence work with the Torres and Cape Hospital and Health Service (TCHHS). Before we settle into our own home in the Cairns region, we want to experience life in and around Cairns to help find out what locations suit us best.

We have bedding and mattresses for all of us if your home isn’t set up for five people.

Our children are each mature and calm people and so are sensitive listeners to both people and animals. Our kids have been volunteering at a cat refuge for the past 12 months and have recently had to sadly give up their own old cat to protect him from the stress of this interstate move.

As a home schooling family, we like the kids to experience a range of opportunities to supplement their academic education.
We do enjoy caring for and interacting with cats, dogs and other animals.

We have previously been active on this site as home and pet owners ourselves, so appreciate the decision you are making!

Carolyn especially loves gardening, even hack work like mowing, whippersnipping etc. if you’d like that.
We all look forward to helping out with your pets, garden and home in this beautiful tropical environment.
