Hi there Pet Lover, I hope you are well.

I am an engineer working in the same infrastructure company since 2006 and have also a teaching degree. As a career focused person, I am a reliable, responsible and trustworthy who has also acquired skills such as clear communication and I am organised with a balanced lifestyle. I am a friendly, good-natured and happy individual that loves animals & nature. Travelling to experience places and cultures is something I value the most after my health.


WHY I WANT TO HOUSE SIT

There are a range of reasons.. I see house & pet sitting as an opportunity to both enjoy the animals' company as well helping the pet owners to have a great break from their normal lives. It also enables myself to explore new areas.

I thoroughly enjoy meeting the house and pet owners as our relationships transition from strangers to friendship. Another attraction is that a new environment gives me a chance to be more introspective and reflective towards my life like a 'little holiday'. As a travel lover I would consider to house sit overseas in the future.


MY EXPERIENCE

I'd appreciate the trust you have put in me while house and pet sitting at your home and in return I'd provide you and your family the very best care. While I don't have any pets I have plenty of experience looking after a variety of animals. I will be happy to look after your pets and your home as it was my own.

I grew up in a household with pets and had my own dog during my young adult age. A very recent housesit experience was for a beautiful family in Boonah, QLD as they enjoyed 2 weeks holiday. In the past I have looked after dogs and cats, pet bird's, such as chickens and a budgie, a pet rat, fish and cared for various garden's, plants, pools and motor vehicles. I don't currently have any pets myself, so my focus would be just on your animals.

I've owned two houses and also worked in construction, so fully understand the maintenance requirements and value of a property. I've had experience with rural properties that have tank water, grey water and sceptic tank systems.

I can give you continuous updates on your animals and your home in order to give you peace of mind and maintain open communication. I am more than happy to meet with you prior to any sitting date and talk about anything that you may require while you are away.

As a clean (non-smoker) and caring person who loves animals & nature, I will help with caring after your loving pets & family animals while also looking after your home.

Dulce was fantastic. She was easy to organize / prepare with, made sure she had sufficient time for a handover, has her own car so is self sufficient, she is trustworthy and very caring for the cats. I was provided regular updates and photos of the cats and she left my unit in a perfect condition. I highly rate Dulce for any future sits and hope she is available for some future ones I have.

Dulce spent a week housesitting and taking wonderful care of my cat Gracie. Despite my building lift be out of action, she still accepted the sit. She was lovely to coordinate everything with and I could tell through her daily updates and photos, that Gracie was getting spoilt and well taken care of. She also took great care of my home, returning home to a very clean and tidy house.

Dulce was absolutely wonderful with our puppies and home. She was so caring and sent us lots of pictures. We felt like they were in great hands and we didn’t have to worry about them which was most important to us. Also, they are puppies that need a bit of attention and we could see they were very happy in the photos and were having quite a lovely time without us. Dulce kept the house tidy and watered the plants that needed watering.

We feel extremely lucky to have had Dulce Pet and House sit for us from 26 May to 26 June 2023. She came up weeks before to meet us, Tabatha Cat and visit the general area of our home , in the Gold Coast Hinterland. Dulce was a pleasure to meet with a kind and generous personality and we immediately felt comfortable with her. She has excellent reviews for pet, house and animal sitting and together with her currently working from home, we couldn’t ask for more.
While we were away Dulce was wonderful with communication and very regularly sent pictures, videos and updates of Tabatha Cat and the house. Tabatha is a senior, inside cat who likes human company and we know she was spoilt by Dulce. When we came home Tabatha was happy, contented and healthy.
Dulce is a kind, generous, professional and intelligent woman who we felt extremely happy leaving our home and pet with. The house was in excellent condition and wonderfully clean when we returned late at night. We would be thrilled to have Dulce house and pet sit again and recommend her as 10 out of 10. Thank you Dulce for everything you did.
