Hello - my name is Kim. I am a single Australian woman originally from Coogee Beach, Sydney, via the NSW mid coast (where, I cared for my elderly Mum), no pets, have my own vehicle.
At age 14, I began dancing professionally and travelling around Australia and overseas. 20 years later, my career pivoted towards TV in the news and current affairs division, What followed a few years later, was the opportunity to work for an airline, 2 airports, a variety of travel agencies and escort British and US passengers on coach tours. Then in the 2000's, I began my own 'flipping' real estate business. So, I understand really well how important it is to have someone trustworthy, reliable and honest to care for your home and loved ones. That's why I call myself a home carer.
I began my spiritual journey in 2001. And since 2004, I've been associated with the only Indian female run spiritual university that teaches meditation free of charge (foc) as a worldwide community service, where, I've also lived and volunteered.
I'm happy most when I'm spending time at home, caring for animals, preparing nutritious food, going for walks, the beach, cafe's n chats, volunteering, meditating, travelling and connecting with like minded souls. I truly am a free spirit, young for my years, and a wise elder. I am chilled and peaceful just like my lifestyle.

I found Kim very competent looking after my property and cat
My main issue was with my rescue cat.
Princess didn't run away as I expected but stayed and within 5 minutes she was very comfortable with Kim
They bonded very quickly and from then on they were best friends.
Kim has a special way with animals. Kim sent photos of Princess and kept me updated with what was happening at home.
My pot plants were very healthy and the house very well looked after.

We were fortunate enough to have Kim come back for a second house sit. Kim is a great communicator and prior to the sit she is all over it. I was confident there wouldn’t be any hiccups and true to form Kim didn’t let us down. The dogs love her and even when we returned late in the evening Frankie chose to sleep with Kim our first night home which makes me know the dogs were well taken care of. Kim is all over house sitting. Harley and Frankie were thoroughly spoilt and so well looked after. We are very thankful for the great communication prior, during and since regarding the house sit. Kim is wonderful. My pets and home were well looked after and very spoilt. I have used Kim on more than 1 occasion and will continue doing so. Kim was a wonderful sitter for our home and two dogs for 12 days this month.
Kim kept in regular communication from the date the sit was confirmed until her arrival.
We were able to meet Kim prior to the sit, which was a great way to break the ice, manage expectations and bring peace of mind to both parties.
Kim bonded incredibly well with our dogs and sent cute, regular updates via email while we were away.

Kim was wonderful, i was hesitant to go away from my animals, but Kim was re assuring and as soon as i opened the door to her the dogs where instantly happy. So that made leaving easy. She took care of all of my animals so well and they were happy and looked well cared for when we returned home. The house was clean and tidy as well. Kim took amazing care of our home and all the animals which included horses, dogs, cats, hens and fish. Communication was fantastic and she sent photos of the pets whilst I was away. I could relax knowing that they were in good hands, particularly my old dog who needs that extra bit of attention and medication each night. She also left the house in immaculate condition. I would highly recommend Kim and would love to have her back in the future.

Lovely Kim was a great Housesitter.
