Hello lovely pet owners,
I am a responsible, reliable and fully vaccinated British man who has never smoked - I retired on my 60th birthday and now pursue my favourite pastimes of golf, tennis and travel.
This will be my second trip to Australia and I can't wait to come back (witness the fact that, at the time of writing, I haven't completed my 2023/24 trip yet and I'm already planning to return).
I was introduced to pet sitting in New Zealand during the summer of 2022/24 and it suits me down to the ground - I love animals so this is a great option for me.
I've bonded with all of the 17 dogs and 3 cats I've looked after so far and it inevitably tugs on my heart strings when it's time to say goodbye. Each pet has its own unique personality and I like to think I've been able to adapt to their individual needs (whether this be taking them on walks to the beach or the dog park, playing games or just providing love, affection and companionship - in addition to serving up their dietary requirements and medication, of course.
In addition to looking after your pets and keeping your home secure, I can help with basic tasks such as watering the plants and mowing the lawn.

Brian was absolutely brilliant. He kept in touch with us all the time, even before he arrived. The dogs were happy and he looked after our house in our absence. I highly recommend Brian and hope to see him again in the future.
Brian looked after our 2 rescue greyhounds for 7 weeks while we were in Italy. The dogs loved him from the start and he took great care of them going the extra mile by taking them for outings to the beach 30 minutes away. One of our dogs is very insecure on walks and Brian found Haze's happy place at the beach. They were also walked locally each day but the extra outings in the car to the beach and a bush walk were much appreciated.

Brian was a wonderful house sitter he looked after our house and 3 animals(including a boisterous Rottweiler)for 5weeks during which he was tested to the max with Queenslands summer storms, he did very well despite loosing power on regular occations and our dogs miss hims so that's a good sign, he sent us regular images of what our dogs were up to while we were away which helped ease our worries,

It was a pleasure to have Brian look after our dog, Roy for the night. Brian communicated clearly and Roy was well looked after. Having a prior meet up was key to see if it was a good fit and we would highly recommend Brian for the respect and care he had for our home and pet.

Brian is the first sitter I have had through this platform and the first "stranger" who has looked after Shady - he made everything very easy for me to be able to leave her, I came home to a relaxed and happy dog. I would definitely use Brian again should he be available and recommend to others.

Brian was an excellent house sitter. He made sure to have lots of contact prior to the house sitting period as we were not going to be able to meet in person. The animals received great care and attention along with our house. Brian asked questions and responded to us very quickly when we asked about anything to do with the house sit. We've been thrilled with Brian's stay with us. He has been so quick and easy to communicate with from the start. He has looked after our family dog so well and gone out of his way to look after our recently sown lawn. He kept us in the loop with things while we were away from home too. He's a great man who is easy to get along with and we feel grateful for having him stay and getting to know him
