I am an artist (filmmaker and writer) and work as a part-time interpreter with the Australian Federal Police remotely via the phone/Zoom from home.
I'm very friendly and social, and also an advocate for people with disabilities, mainly people with Autism and Down syndrome.
As an interpreter, I worked in different refugee camps in Australia and outside of Australia.( PNG & Nauru)
I am a pet lover and grew up with dogs, cats and farm animals.
At the moment, I am taking a break as I am in the middle of editing my new film for cinema and Netflix, and it takes all my time, which means I sit right behind my computer and work a few hours a day on my project.

Borna looked after my dog, cat and studio apartment for 3 weeks. He communicated with me through out the weeks and left the pets/apartment in very good conditions. He even bought cleaning products in order to clean the apartment to his standards. Thanks very much Borna
Borna provided care for our home and cats for a duration of 5 weeks, for which we expressed our gratitude. While he made efforts to attend to our needs (written in the house guide), it became apparent that managing medium to high maintenance properties might stretch his schedule. Despite his assurances, frequent mentions of his busy schedule during our interactions created a slightly uncomfortable atmosphere. Borna was a fun and incredibly loving housesitter who cared for our dog Lenny as if he was his own. This was our longest trip away from Lenny to date and we quickly felt so comfortable that Lenny was being well looked after and given lots of cuddles. Lenny can be a bit of a handful but Borna took it in his stride and kept us updated during our time away. Would love to have Borna back in the future.

Borna was wonderfully amazing. He looked after our pet dog Cooper like his own, taking Cooper with him wherever he had to go out. He even kindly notified us that Cooper was not feeling well and took him to our vet. He gave Cooper all his medications, took for walks and washed him. Cooper was completely spoilt and I'm pretty sure misses Borna. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Borna to anyone and hope he would sit for us again. He also left the house neat and tidy for our return.

Borna is a warm and genuine person and we knew our property and pets would be in safe hands. He loved our animals like his own and I wouldn't hesitate to have him sit for us again in the future.
Borna did an excellent job looking after our rescue dog. She is extraordinarily loving in the house, and it's clear he spoiled her with affection and that she was well cared for. She is a challenging dog to walk but he handled her well and respected our instructions. Great comms, regular updates while we were away, and we came home to a house that was clean with all bedding & towels washed and hanging on the line. We'd happily have Borna back again!
Where to start? From the moment we first spoke with Borna we knew he was the one! He looked after our home and pets as though they were his own. Our house was tidy to come home to and most importantly our pets were so well taken care of and happy. We received regular updates while we were away for three months and couldn't have been happier.
