Our experience with Jen was 10/10 on all fronts. Jen is a kind, caring and thoughtful person, thank you so much Jen for house sitting for us! We came home to an immaculately clean house and very happy dogs. The way our dogs are so happy tells us that things went well when we were away. Jen’s communication was excellent. From the moment we met Jen Robinson we knew that she was perfect to come into our home and mind our dog, Hussie. Jen was relaxed, competent and comfortable about all aspects of learning about Hussies care and knew what questions to ask to make her stay the best possible. We think that Hussie would probably go and live with Jen, she took such good care and gave her plenty of walks`, even bought her treats. She sent us regular updates and photos and with our permission took Hussie to the Vet ... Jen is an outstanding house sitter. During our 3 week holiday she gave us updates on how our fur kids were going and sent pictures. Our pets bonded so well with her that they missed her when she left. The house was immaculately cleaned, lawn mowed and garden cared for. Jen even made sure there was milk in the fridge and home made soup which we really appreciated after a long haul flight. Jen ensured we didn't have to worry about anything at home whilst we were away.

We have just had the most wonderful experience with Jen and Aussie House Sitters. This was our first time using AHS and thankfully we came across Jen who was willing to come and look after our home and border collie Scout, for 10 days. Jen communicated with us before her stay and we agreed that she should come the night before our early morning departure so she could meet Scout and have the house 'tour'. She was a delightful house guest and we had absolutely no qualms about leaving ... MOREWe have just had the most wonderful experience with Jen and Aussie House Sitters. Jen is a super house sitter! Confident and experienced and we had no hesitation in engaging her to look after our 2 small dogs and cat.
She is also very lovely and easy going - during her stay we had a powercut for a day due to storms and Jen was very adaptable.
I would not hesitate to recommend her for any house sit - only downside is that she will be harder to book once you realise how good she is!

It's always really nice to go away having confidence that your home and pets will be cared for; and this was the case with Jen. Our two pussy cats were well cared for, the plants both indoors and outdoors were watered and the house on our return was very neat and clean. An occasional photo kept us reassured that all was well at home. We hope to be able to avail of Jen's services again in the future. Thanks Jen!

Jen was very obliging for this sit, as we had at least 4 changes to our holiday dates due to Covid lockdowns in Melbourne.We had pretty regular contact which was very helpful .She was obliging to our dogs dietary requirements as she is subject to pancreatitis. She cooked food as requested, bought the required tinned food as our online order had not arrived in time and bought fresh veggies.for Coco.(we repaid her of course) We were happy with the condition of our home, very clean and neat, and ... We could not have been more delighted when we returned home. The house inside was spotless and neat and the garden plants looked wonderful. We had a few delays and changes for our return flights with very late notifications. She was so understanding and helpful. Although I could tell her only at the very last minute that our return was delayed by 24 hours (she was about to leave the house) she said immediately that it was no problem and she could stay. I knew as soon as I met Jen that my dog and home would be well cared for and I could go away, relax and enjoy my holiday. I was not didappointed.
Jen cared for my Toy Poodle, Oscar, who requires medication which he tries to avoid, for almost 3 weeks.
On my return I could see Oscar really enjoyed being with Jen and was well looked after.
My home was spotless and pot plants were also well cared for..

Jen had to mange some unexpected health concerns with Max and was happy to take him to the vet and then follow up with his medication regime while keeping us in the loop.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Jen if you are looking for a totally reliable house sitter!
