Oven cleaning is not a given :-)

I have three children and four grandchildren in NZ. Last 8 years I have been managing a residential complex of 86 permanent tenancies on the Sunshine Coast. Because of this work, I was subjected to a police check every year. Enviable unsolicited compliments from property owners can be provided along with house sitting reviews. That business has now been sold and the house goes on the market to be sold in May 2024.
Previously owned 4 hectare property running sheep, cattle, goats and chickens with family cats for nearly 20 years. Well experienced in pet care and odd jobs around the house.
I can be accused of being 'obsessive compulsive' when it comes to cleanliness. I can't stand dirt on floors and I vacuum all floor surfaces in used areas daily using a powerful stick vacuum.
Also, I prefer not to cook inside, using a bbq wherever possible, even on these cold nights. Don't have a bbq or stick vacuum, I'll bring my own; no problem.
And, don't worry about cleaning before you leave; I'm happy to look after that for you. And I can bring my own linen.
