My name is Myrna and my husband Robin and I are owners and writers for our educational resources business. We are reliable, fully vaccinated and non-smokers. We reside on the lovely Phillip Island in Victoria.

We have happily enjoyed caring for our numerous family pets during our marriage, whilst raising our two children. At the moment we do not have any pets, but have cared for and have cherished all of our fish, birds, cats & dogs.

We take daily walks on either our local beach, or to our local centre of town, generally early in the mornings before starting work and enjoy taking along our furry guests.

I also have a passion for Indigenous wildlife and have in a limited manner assisted with fundraising for an amazing local wildlife rescue and carers shelter. As members from another housesitting site we have been temporary carers of 13 adult wallabies in a private sanctuary in North Queensland for one months period a few years ago.

We are experienced house sitters and have enjoyed doing so since 2016 The domestic animals we have been carers for at this stage, have been dog breeds such as, staffies, rescue greyhounds, golden retrievers, dachshunds, larger mixed breeds, as well as horses. We have always loved cats, enjoy caring for them and have also cared for chickens and aviaries.

At the moment we are still working almost full time, but are looking forward to spending time housesitting as we explore different areas within our home country and in future overseas. We can work anywhere, as long as we have reliable WiFi and a clean, comfortable bed & home.

We have never used Aussie House Sitters & have never had complete strangers in our home who weren't connected to someone we knew...but in a word AMAZING. We were absolutely overwhelmed with how we struck gold with Myrna & Robin. They sent several pics of our 15 year old cat Misty and cared for her like she was their own. No rating I am so very grateful to Myrna and Robin who looked after our 3 rescue greyhounds for the month we were away. Myrna took great care to make sure she went through all the notes I gave her and made extra notes about all the special needs for our hounds.
