Will & Naqia

Hello!

After several years travelling and volunteering around the world during a (very extended) sabbatical from my role as a project manager. I am back in Australia to commence studying a Masters Degree in Melbourne. I am originally from Perth but am hoping to move permanently to Melbourne over the coming year.

A bit about me - I love the beach, yoga, basketball, photography and exploring new places and meeting new people :) I live a pretty simple and relaxed lifestyle and feel blessed to wake up each morning.

I have a partner who is also from Perth, she is planning making the move to Melbourne with me and will most likely be housesitting with me assuming we are able to find a host who would like our assistance! She is recent law graduate who also spent time with me on the road travelling and volunteering last year.

We have both been housesitters in the past and have enjoyed the experience so much we thought why not try and do the same in Melbourne before we try to find somewhere more permanent. We love animals and it's been a joy take care of the pets and taking care of someone else's home. Our most recent sit was from April to mid July (back in Perth) where we sat a beautiful house and a rabbit and a gorgeous cat!

On the animal front - I grew up with dogs as pets for most of my life and love them to bits. Naqia has housesat several times previously taking care of a cats and has fostered several cats herself.

I should note I am unavailable for housesitting opportunities from late August to the first week of October as we have committed to sit a house during that period.
