Reliable, trustworthy animal loving family with 4 years + of experience house sitting and travelling in 2018 - 2024. We work from home so are flexible to work anywhere.

I worked for 12 years as a vet nurse and Guide Dog trainer so have lots and lots of experience with dog health and behavioural issues. I also worked in many boarding kennels and catteries.

My partner grew up in the country on a farm and is a country boy at heart so we are fine for farm type stays. Our kids get involved and help out. We are very much into sustainability and being self-sufficient and grow our own vegetables so looking after a garden is no problem.

We love animals and have three children (10, 12 & 17 years) so they will get lots of cuddles and love for sure!

We have looked after over 24 homes, including large properties, off grid houses, farms and looked after many animals including emu's, horses, sheep, alpacas, cows, chickens, dogs, cats, turtles, lizards & even snakes! We have looked after puppies and old dogs/cats requiring daily medication/injections. Your home and pets will be well looked after and treated with care at all times.

We are available for house-siting during the 2024 year.

I want to start by saying I have no doubt Adam will look after your home and pets, immaculately, responsibly and with care. From beginning to end Adam was the house sitter of dreams. Adam was extremely responsive when arranging the house sit (which I did at quite short notice), was available to talk through the requirements and showed genuine care and concern for getting to know my dog Joey and his needs before committing to the sit. Mel looked after our house over our Easter break. As it was a last minute booking and we didn’t have a chance to meet prior as we do prefer. They sent questions through when necessary which is great. they also sent some updates and photos. The house looked lovely and clean when I got home. No rating Melinda, Adam and family looked after our property and house and pets, our pets were appeared very settled, happy and well adjusted on our return. We were very stressed about leaving our little dogs particularly and as newbies to house sitting Melinda and Adam enabled this to be a very positive experience. We would be very happy to have them sit again. They are very organised sitters and confident house sitters.

No rating We were so lucky to find Melinda & Adam. It was a relief to have someone staying in our home and looking after our animals. Being on a farm it can be difficult to get away but Adam, Melinda and their lovely kids made it possible for us to enjoy time away without the worry. Would happily welcome them into our home again next time we go away. Highly recommended.
