Hello! I’m Maxime, a 31-year-old yoga teacher with a passion for exploring the world.
I have a genuine love for animals (as a devoted vegetarian) and experience caring for various pets (cats and dogs), ensuring they feel loved and well-taken care of in your absence!
With a background in teaching yoga and academia (completing a PhD degree in biotechnology) in the Netherlands, I hope to demonstrate that I am a responsible, reliable and calm person.
My travels have made me adaptable and respectful of different living spaces and cultures, while it also filled up my camera roll with pictures of pets from all over the world. Since I'm traveling and working in Australia (working holiday visa) for a year, I don't have a lot of personal items and therefore I’ll maintain a clean and peaceful environment in your home.

Maxime is just wonderful! We made contact before she even arrived in Australia. Maxime was happy to meet with us on a few separate occasions before the sit to ease our worries of having a house sitter for the first time.

Maxime was the perfect cat and apartment sitter. Leela was up and sitting right next to her on the sofa on her first night. She was very responsive to messages throughout my time away and I returned to a spotless home and a happy cat!
