Andergrove QLD

The House: Ours is a low-set, 5 bedroom, fully-airconditioned house located in suburban Mackay. The bedrooms feature 2 Queen Doubles and 3 singles. We are open to families, couples or singles. There is space to park a caravan on the front lawn, next to the carport. Water and power to this space are readily available.

The Area: Situated in coastal North Queensland. Shops, beaches and Mackay CBD are all minutes away. Further afield are the natural delights of the Whitsundays.

Pets: There is one dog called Tigger (Staffie-cross) who lives in the backyard, but sleeps in the laundry. The dog is untrained and super friendly, so likes to jump on kids. We recommend keeping small children away from the backyard if they don't want to be jumped on. All that is required is to feed Tigger morning and night, and to let her in and out of the laundry to sleep. No other dog care is required, but her walking leash will be available if required.

There is also a pet rat (Charlotte) in one of the children's bedrooms. Her food-bowl and water bottle should be kept from running empty. The bedding in her cage will need to be emptied and replaced once during the stay. No other care is required.

No plant watering is required. The lawn will need to be mowed only once. An electric mower is provided.
