Bakewell NT

2 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit in a quiet complex of 14, all units are ground level. My unit is a corner unit therefore is has a fully fenced yard, with a spa and reticulated garden. The lawn area is very small and takes about 5 minutes to mow. There is a Woolworths within walking distance from the unit and a bus stop across the road by the school. You can park your car under the carport, there is no room for a caravan. The unit complex is very quiet.

The unit is clean and tidy and fully air-conditioned. The spa (although the bubbles dont work) is salt water and nothing needs to be done unless we have a lot of rain.

Gracie out poodle is 9.5 years old, she loves walks and sleeping. We have a dog door installed so she can go in and out as she pleases. The fish are gold fish in an outdoor pond.
