Spacious single-level home in quiet street, approx 3 km from CBD of Orange and short walk to bus. Short walk to wetlands area and golf links.
One guest suite (queen bed) for sitters with en suite, family room and lounge room, large kitchen and pleasant garden front and large back garden with outdoor seating. Back area has latched side gates to restrain the dog.
Friendly, gentle golden retriever dog (Abbie) and helpful neighbours.
Short drives to Lake Canobolas recreation area, many vineyards, Mt Canobolas, Olympic pool, Elephant Park with exercise circuit, etc.
We really enjoyed this sit. Annie was such a loveable and well behaved groodle who was always so enthusiastic about our walks along the beach and absolutely no trouble to look after. Same with Suzie but she spent most of the time sleeping. The house is very comfortable and only a short walk from the beach with a great deli just down the road. Good bus service into Sandy Bay and Hobart. Raymond, Ros and Nicky made us very welcome.
