Peaceful Beautiful house ,with views over looking Ballarat .2 Double bedrooms available if required . Great Kitchen and Netflix smart TV .
2 friendly cats and 5 'hobby' self sufficient sheep who are for the 'grass cutting 'in a back paddock . Wood burning stove , central heating and reverse cycling heating .
Pool and spa available season permitting !
