NEMINGHA NSW

We live on a lucerne farm 15 mins from the regional town of Tamworth and 1.5 km from Nemingha PO.
It is very pretty with lovely gardens and pool. Situated between two rivers there is plenty of opportunity for fishing of kayaking.
We have a kelpie dog who loves a walk any time of day!
There is plenty of room for a caravan or truck and a large shed /garage for undercover parking.
The garden requirements are minimal as it will be winter but watering pot plants and occasional vegetable and flower beds if no rain is needed.
We have a cosy, recently renovated 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 2 toilet cottage for your accomodation with reverse cycle air conditioning, wood burning fire and all amenities supplied for your stay.
The main house is seperate to the cottage and there is an inground pool if you like swimming in the cold!
. It is a working hay farm so it can get noisy at times with tractors and trucks going about their business.
It is well protected and private surrounded by beautiful gardens and trees.
There is family back up if needed within a kilometre distance and a Dog run if you needed to go away for a day's outing.
