Figtree NSW

I'm looking for someone who loves cats and keen for a Wollongong getaway in my two-bedroom flat with views to Mt Keira.

My two inside-only cats love to have a little playtime in the mornings and evenings and they like someone around at night. They are fed twice a day. One is super social and loves a cuddle, the other one is a little shy and will be happy with the occasional pat. You have to be careful when coming in and out so they don't wander outside.

I also have a few pot plants which might need a water.

It's a ten-minute drive to the gorgeous Wollongong beaches and 20 minutes to walk down to Figtree Grove shopping centre. There is a bus stop about a minute's walk away as well as cycle paths close by. A train station is about a $10 uber trip away. The closest cafe/general store is a 2 min walk. There's a great pizza restaurant a short but steep uphill walk away. There are 1.5 flights of stairs up to the unit.

There is wifi, Smart TV, air-conditioning and internal laundry with washer and dryer. Double and queen beds in bedrooms. Coffee maker in a lovely modern kitchen.

Unit is private and quiet. It has security screens on all windows and a dead bolted door. Car parking is available off-street, although it is not under cover. The neighbours are quiet, and friendly.

Figtree is considered a safe, suburban neighbourhood and my road mostly only gets local traffic.
