Large house on 1Ha allotment approx. 20mins from township, with views back over town. 2 dogs (Golden Retriever & Labradoodle) have total control over the yard and check the perimeter many times during the day, but will follow friends for walks around the property. Property is fully fenced, with electronic gate access. Enclosed garage on 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom & 2 living area house. Lawn maintenance maybe required, depending on weather.
