I have a 2 bedroom with large ensuite/ spa / separate large shower and toilet and walk in robe.
Full electric kitchen with open plan living, R/C heating and cooling, very easy to manage garden which does not need watering or maintenance.
Just sit on full length verandah and enjoy the view and the peace, as a bitumen driveway leads up to the house.
I have small, house trained dogs, not yappers, but good at night or will let you know if anyone comes to the property.
Dogs inside at night and outside all day or spend the time with you....they sleep a lot.
Also 3 free range pigeons who feed in FIFO pen when they want.
Also the dates may need to be extended but will sort later, as l am flexible and if you want longer that's fine with me to discuss.
I may need your help again if you enjoy time to yourself although there are many things to do and see in the area, the choice is yours.
I'm sure l will have forgotten something eg my dogs are not ok with children or cats
