We have a beautiful modern double story house with a fresh sea breeze. We are minutes away from the Manly Esplanade where there are loads of fun things to do all week long or just enjoy a nice stroll along the Esplanade. We are walking distance from the train station.

Upstairs has 3 bedrooms with bathroom including bath and shower an a lounge including flat screen TV. Main bedroom has ensuite with shower only, Flat screen TV. Both televisions have Netflix and Stan available. We have NBN available.

Downstairs are very modern kitchen with all appliances, dining, lounge, play/reading room, laundry and toilet. The house is easy to keep clean. At the front is a carport for a vehicle but unfortunately no garage.


The generous patio has a dining table with lounge area including family BBQ and on the grass area is a beautiful firepit.

We have 2 Miniature Pinchers dogs that keep themselves busy during the days outside but needs feeding morning and afternoons. We also have a very small fish pond that needs feeding once a day and vegetables in pot plants that need watering everyday.

It is a lovey home, very central, close to the motorway to do day trips to Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast or even troll down the waterfalls in Mount Tamborine.

It would be the ideal place for anyone that wants to explore Brisbane, Mount Tamborine, Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast or just the many activities around that Brisbane has to offer.
