Hi,

I am a mature genuine friendly gentleman,

I am world traveled and well-read, I have many interests and hobbies. Including beekeeping and gardening. I have kept chickens, fish, cats, and dogs. I would greatly enjoy looking after pets.

I can take care of live stock on a farm, including cattle, horses, etc.

I studied conservation land management and horticulture at Bruce CIT in 2020 full-time. I like spending time in gardens and supporting them.

I have lived in Canberra and went to Canberra High and Hawker College.

I am well organized, tidy and clean.

I am a handyman and happy to do some minor repairs to your property while you're away. I always carry a leather master on me as I like to fix things.

I have house sat for many people over the years and have great references.

Currently working in Canberra, so can only sit within the Canberra Region.

We were fortunate enough to have Mark come to stay at our house for a month to care for our dogs and bird. We received regular photo updates from Mark which our son looked forward to seeing as reassurance that his best fur friends were being well looked after. We arrived home to a clean and tidy house and garden, very happy and healthy pets and greatly appreciated the kind welcome home gesture that included milk in the fridge for coffee! Mark house sat for us whilst we were away overseas for 4 weeks. Indy our dog liked him straight away even before he entered the house. Mark regularly updated us with photos which was very much appreciated. When we came home, house was immaculately clean. Indy was well trained at walking properly (he used to pull bit). Mark did a great job of looking after our house, our pets and the garden. I was comfortable with him being there while I was away and so were the cats. He even got on with our troublesome bird.

No rating Mark and Aleida house sat for us for 31/2 months from May to August 2017. Whilst we were away we were kept up to date with messages and photos via messenger. Our cat looked very relaxed. On our return home we found a well fed and happy cat despite requiring a trip to the vet with a back abscess. Our house had been well looked after as had our special plants, cat and fish.
