Hi my name is Bev, I am a (young and fit) 60 + yr old single female, a non smoker and a social drinker.
I have been married, and had 3 beautiful children who are now out in the world living their lives.
I have been registered with Aussiehousesitters.for 8years, and have plenty of References on my profile from previous Home-owners I have sat for... all over Australia.
I am honest, trustworthy, responsible and reliable, I also have a good sense of humor and always try to look on the bright side of life. I like to live simply and in a clean and tidy environment - so you can rest assured that your home and contents will be respected and well looked after.
I am a private person and also respect the privacy of others. I won't be a 'nosy parker' going thru your personal things...
I love both cats + dogs so I don't mind either...or both..or just your home care.
My policy is to take care of your home as if my own and leave your place the way I found it, or better!
I will gladly take care of
* Looking after your home
* Feeding walking and exercising your dog/s caring for your cat/s and other animals.
* Maintaining your house security and human presence in your home
* Forwarding (if needed) mail/messages
* Watering and tending to garden and lawns as required (I do mow and some weeding too)
* Pool care + maintainence.

I have house sat for people for different reasons and in different States of Australia. The length of stay can vary from a minimum of 2-3 weeks to 3 months or longer if need be, I am very flexible so just ask.
Once you confirm with me your house sit, I am committed. I won't change my mind at all. I will not cancel at the last minute or disappear and allow someone else to be there instead of me. I will be there to take care of your home and your beloved pet/s with love, respect and responsibly.
House sitting provides me with a roof over my head for that time frame and of being able to assist others the opportunity to get away either for a well deserved break or to catch up with family/friends/travel.
It gives me enormous satisfaction, and sense of purpose.
It will be a pleasure to meet wirh you and spend some quality time with your Pets.

Beverly is the most kind,caring, honest gentle lady. I really feel I now have a new friend for life. My dogs loved her and they were very sad to see her leave. Bev kept the house spotless and kept me updated with photos of the dogs. I can not recommend her highly enough. If you are lucky enough to find her free for your sit, you will be extremely happy.
From the first communication with Beejay, I knew straight away I wanted her to look after my boys.. Bev is super friendly and looked after my Tommy and Axel very well, so well, I think they miss her :)..Bev kept my home clean and tidy, which was great to come home too, she also left me a beautiful gift, to my surprise.. Beverley was excellent and kept our home and garden immaculate when we were away. She kept in touch with us and gave us regular updates and photos of our cat.

We love going away on a holiday but love coming back home again. It was wonderful coming back to our home and pets that had been so well looked after while we were away. We had Bev look after our home, garden and cat for 5 weeks and we couldn't have been happier, she communicated well, our gardens looked amazing when we got back (we even got new succulents!! Thanks soo much) Django was just as we left him and our home was cleaned and well looked after.

Bev was punctual in her communication. She thoroughly understood what was required and upon my return it was obvious she had done all that was asked of her and more. My animals were well fed and happy, no mess anywhere and everything was neat and tidy. I would definitely have Bev house sit for me again in the future.
We have just returned from a 5 week trip and we could not be happier. Bev was absolutely brilliant in the lead up to and during our time away. Bev cared for our very spoilt and beloved cat Archie, and when we returned our flat was beautifully sparkling clean with groceries in the fridge. We were not stressed, anxious or worried as we knew our cat Archie was in the best hands, and I had regular updates and pictures which was a real treat.

We can't express how confident we were in Bev looking after our home and gardens while we were away for nine weeks. From the moment Bev arrived our Tashi dog was under her spell. He was spoilt with her companionship and daily walks. Bev kept in contact with us if she wasn't sure of anything which was also reassuring.
