I am a single retired lady and I have relocated from Darwin after working for the Northern Territory Government for 29 years. I am based in Adelaide and an experienced house sitter with creditable references and a police check. I am a non smoker and rarely partake of alcohol. I love animals and am very confident looking after other people's pets. I am very committed to maintaining security of the properties I am charged with. House sitting in various locations is providing me with the opportunity to see more of Australia and help me choose a place to settle down in the future.
My requirements are clean safe accommodation and off street parking for my car.
I am happy to provide character references. I can guarantee quality care and happy pets and a very clean and tidy house during my stay.

No rating Vera is a wonderful person with a heart of gold. I felt completely at ease knowing she was taking care of my home & precious fur babies. She did a fantastic job and I couldn't be more happy :-) I would gladly have her back to house/pet sit for me again anytime. Highly recommended!

Vera was a fantastic house sitter. We are so grateful we had her help to take care of our 2 dogs. She communicated really well and gave us regular updates on our dogs. She even managed an unexpected health issue that came up with our 7 month old puppy. She took care of the house and plants beautifully. She left everything perfectly. We highly recommend Vera!

I could not have ask for a better Housesitter. Vera kept me updated every few days via text which kept me at ease that all was well with Foxy (my dog) and my home whilst I was away. Vera was exactly what we were after and highly recommend her. I was a bit hesitant at first about using a house sitter, but from the moment I started communicating with Vera I knew we were onto a good thing. Vera provided regular updates and photos of my puppy while we were gone and the house was spotless upon returning home. I wouldn't hesitate to use Vera in the future.

I was very comfortable and enjoyed my time at Vicki's and Rob's place. The house and gardens are lovely and Sooty is very entertaining and good company.
Vera was great from start to finish, always kept us upto date on how everything was going. House nice and clean when we came home and even left us fresh milk and and some chocolate. Kept our pool nice and clean and our dog is happy and healthy, couldn't ask for a better house sitter. Highly recommended. Thank you very much Vera

Vera looked after my home and family pet for a period of 30 days. During this time she maintained my home to an excellent standard. When I returned home there was a seamless transition and it was like she was never there; cleanliness etc was beyond reproach. I would recommend her to anyone that needs a house sitter :)

We feel very fortunate to have Vera look after our home and dogs for our first house sitting experience. The dogs were cared for and walked more regularly than we do. The house was cleaner than we left it. The meal she prepared for us on our return after a long flight was very much appreciated and unexpected. What a lovely lady and we highly recommend her.
