I am currently available until March when I will be travelling out of Australia for few months.
I am active and enjoy pottering in the garden, taking care of animals and the house. I cannot cope with big dogs who require walking as have lost some strength. I have references from previous house sits on this site plus another one which I have added. Sadly with new rules I have missed a few reviews which I am trying to sort out.\I have family and few friends living in Perth plus others in various parts of Australia.
I like to housesit to give family a break plus I can see different parts of the country. But mainly gives me a chance to be around animals.

No rating More than happy to write an endorsement. Ruth housesat for me for three weeks in February. We met twice before I left for my trip and I could tell straight away that Ruth is a very genuine and trustworthy person. I went away feeling very comfortable that she would care for my home and my dog, Bella, as she would her own home. Absolutely no hesitation in recommending Ruth! We have just returned from 9 days away and the house is spotless, Ruth also cared for our 7 month cavoodle and sent us updates and photos over the week. Ruth came to the house to meet us before we went away which was really reassuring that we had made a great decision. If you need a housesitter I have no hesitation in recommending Ruth.

No rating We were very pleased with ruth she came to our home and cared for our 2 dogs so very lovely my little girl dog even talked to her and she usually only does that to myself our plants were maintained along with our lawns our flat was left immaculate even the linen was washed and aired ruth really did a fabulous job for us and we would love to see her again as we have offered her a stay here as and when she needs it ..thankyou ruth

No rating To the Home/Pet owner, In May 2015 we had Ruth and Terry housesit for us for 2 weeks. Before their stay, they were more than happy to make the drive down to our house to become acquainted with both us and our pets. During their stay they had to look after our 2 dogs (Cavalier King Charles and Pomeranian x Chihuahua) 3 cats (domestic) and a handful of fish. No rating We would highly recommend Ruth and Terry. We returned to a very happy and relaxed Abbie (Dog) and a very clean and tidy house, much cleaner than we left it. All the bedding and towels had been washed too. Terry and Ruth are extremely professional, responsible and thoughtful. I have absolutely no hesitation to recommend this lovely couple for house sitting. Their love of animals was very obvious in their care of Abbie.
