Until recently, we lived on small acreage and are used to looking after gardens, lawns and pets including dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs and chickens. Due to changed work circumstances, we're taking the opportunity to travel and do a few different things. We also have experience with pools, lawns, gardens and general maintenance around the house. Therese and I both like to keep fit and active so regular walking of your pets is not a problem. We're clean, tidy and honest and when we're away we treat others' homes the same as we treat our own. We've received excellent reviews every time we've house sat, used Airbnb or similar, both in Australia and overseas and are happy to provide details or a link. We understand how pets are part of the family and will make sure your animals have the highest standard of care and attention. Of course, we're happy to give regular updates so you can relax and enjoy your time away, while we look after everything at home. We're also both JPs and have unrestricted driver's licences. I'd highly recommend Therese and Mike as house and pet sitters. Therese called ahead of time to arrange arrival times and logistics. They took great care of our cat Misty and sent regular photos and updates, and left the house cleaner than when they arrived! I'd happily have them back to house sit again in future.

Therese looked after our cat Missy for a few days. Her communication was excellent both before and during the house sit. The house was left in perfect condition and she had even washed the linen she used. Missy was very well cared for and looking happy and content when we got home. Therese and Mike were exactly who we needed to take care of our home. They were responsible and caring and communicated daily with us. Our dog Charlie loved them and sulked when Therese and Mike went home - they walked him and gave him medication daily. They used the house instructions we left for them. Mike and Therese are an absolutely lovely couple who took wonderful care of our three bedroom apartment, plants, and cat. Communicating with them was easy and I wouldn't hesitate in having them back again and probably will do very soon!!
