We recently returned from our o/s trip during which Helen & Tim looked after our 2 year old Kelpie, Murphy. They went over & above all our expectations. Murphy had a such a wonderful time during their stay, He went on lots of outings and enjoyed walks everyday.
Tim & Helen looked after our home including our plants which flourished so much under their care. Our house, inside and outside, was left so clean and tidy for us. Lots of extra surprises too - things fixed, cars washed, cobwebs gone ... MOREWe recently returned from our o/s trip during which Helen & Tim looked after our 2 year old Kelpie, Murphy. Tim & Helen looked after our home including our plants which flourished so much under their care. Our house, inside and outside, was left so clean and tidy for us. Lots of extra surprises too - things fixed, cars washed, cobwebs gone etc... No doubt we'll notice more of their kindness as we settle back. Helen sent frequent updates of Murphy's adventures (incl. photos) which was so reassuring for us being overseas. It's been such a great experience & we've been so lucky having Helen & Tim pet & house sit. Highly recommended.

We could not have asked for better house sitters than in Helen and Tim. From the moment I spoke to Helen on the phone I knew we could go away on our holiday and feel comfortable leaving our very spoilt but loved labradoodlle who also came with allergy issues which they attended to. We received regular updates
and photos of our dog. On our return home found the house the way we had left it plus the extra touches to welcome us back home.
We continue to find little tasks that Tim had noticed ... MOREWe could not have asked for better house sitters than in Helen and Tim. Helen and Tim were absolutely fabulous and we could not recommend them highly enough. Their communication and interaction was wonderful, and they looked after our home and pets like they were their own. Our dogs are still sad they have gone, they loved them.

Helen and Tim were absolutely wonderful. They looked after our home and pets for 18 days. We returned to happy pets and a very clean home and mowed lawns.
They kept us updated with photos of our pets and an occasional message reassuring us all was well. If only they could house sit for us every time. We could not recommend them highly enough.

We’ve just returned home after a 5 week holiday, during which Helen and Tim looked after our home and our elderly cattle dog, Banjo. The communication during our trip, which took place during significant weather events in our area, was exceptional, as was the condition of our home and garden when we returned. We cannot recommend Helen and Tim highly enough!

Can't thank Tim and Helen enough for their absolutely fantastic care of our house, along with our 3 small dogs, chickens and fish. The dogs (Chihuahua) were happy to see us when we arrived home and haven't shown any anxiety or stress from being with Helen and Tim. The regular photos and updates were great too. The cleanliness of our house put smiles on our faces, as did the special touch of the flowers and welcome home card. 10/10 from us!

What an absolute pleasure for us to have Tim & Helen house sit. We regularly received photos of Pip & the adventures she was on with them. Cooper my horse & the chickens were also taken well cared of, the flower pots & garden all flourished under their care even though it was extremely dry.
To return home to a lovely clean house made it even more obvious what a caring, thoughtful couple Tim & Helen are. Helen and Tim were amazing housesitters and I would have them back to look after our home and dogs anytime. They were easy to communicate with and very flexible with plans. They looked after our house beautifully and even willingly oversaw some workmen that had been unexpectedly rescheduled while we were away.
The dogs were looked after amazingly well and they coped well with our gentle but big puppy! . The house was immaculate when we returned at the end of our holiday which was so lovely ... Where to begin with our amazing house-sitters Tim & Helen! From our first contact, I knew we'd found a special couple, with such clear communication and questions I hadn't even considered. Then came the 4 weeks away - which were made so easy with quick updates & photos of our dogs, which not only put our minds at ease but also our children's. At this stage, we were beyond happy and when we returned home we literally couldn't wipe the smiles off our faces. Our dogs had obviously been well cared ... What an amazing 1st housesitting experience we had with Tim and Helen! We have 1 rabbit and 2 little dogs and one of the dogs is super nervous and they were so patient with her. When we first spoke to arrange the sit they were in another state but kept us well informed of their progress toward us so we were assured they were still coming. Whilst they completed the sit we were kept well informed with photos of the pets and details of their outings (I think the dogs would have been rather sad to ... Our situation had changed slightly but Tim and Helen worked with us with the changes, making everything easy for us. Tim & Helen are the perfect house/dog sitters. They loved our little dog, KCJones, who I think was very happy to be walked twice a day. The house was left as they found it ,the bed linen was washed and folded and they left us flowers and a card which was very sweet of them. We'll welcome them back.

Having recently used Aussie House Sitters we were extremely happy & very grateful to have had both Tim & Helen look after our House & most importantly our furry kids, Busta, Aki (2 dogs) & Minouche, Whiskas (2 cats) Minouche our old boy of 17 years was groomed so well he looked like a kitten, all fluffed up. Arriving back home early hours in the morning we came back to a super clean house, milk & fresh loaf of bread, a beautiful bouquet of Flowers, happy & well looked after animals & mowed ... Tim and Helen house sat for us for two weeks and did a brilliant job! The pets, garden and house were all very well looked after and they were very friendly, easy to communicate with and left the house and yard in better shape then when they arrived! I'd definitely recommend them!

This is the first time we have had house sitters. Tim and Helen were more then we could have wished for. Our 2 very loved cats were relaxed and happy when we got home, it seemed they didn't even miss us!!! Our 5 acre property was well looked after, including the pool, we had a lovely surprise of a beautiful bunch of flowers and a home made card to welcome us home, also there was fresh milk in the fridge, We recommend Tim and Helen as house sitters. It was a pleasure to have Helen and Tim as our house sitters. I returned to a spotless clean house and the lawn and garden looked fantastic. They gave my dog extra special care and gave her regular medication and extra walks while I was away. I am very happy to recommend Helen and Tim as House sitters.

The dogs were both well cared for, healthy and happy upon our return.
For the first time, we had a sitter (Helen) who had a strong reaction to excessive dog hair because of asthma. We resolved this my getting a cleaner in to remove the excess hair from furniture.

Helen & Tim did an amazing job looking after our place, our two dogs and fish. The house looked spotless inside and out when we came home. Even some thoughtful welcome home necessities were even left for us, which was appreciated after a long trip home. Our dogs were well looked after and could tell by their behaviour their routine was perfectly kept. Great communication throughout the whole process. They are lovely people and would definitely recommend them for house sits!
