I am a full time housesitter, working predominately on the Gold Coast/Northern NSW and Brisbane environs. In between, Normally I return overseas where my kids are all married and live. As a widow I am now a free agent. I work full time from 'home', so all I need is a place to plug in my computer and reliable wifi and I am good to go, works well if you have animals that are used to having someone at home during the day.
I am originally a Farm Girl (Riverina), so I am very used to animals, I used to breed Airedale's and Rottweiler's so big and small dogs do not worry me at all. I am neither a 'dog' nor 'cat' person, I love them all equally. :)
Like most people I have had my fair share of birds, chickens and fish too.
Am a non smoker and I have had pools most of my life so know what is needed for general upkeep, chemicals etc.
I appreciate the opportunity to look after your 'castle' and you can enjoy your time away with peace of mind knowing that someone who is quiet, a clean freak and has a good deal of common sense is looking after your home.
I have been sitting now for over 4 years and will be continuing to do this for the foreseeable future, many of my sits have turned into multiple repeat bookings and as you can see from my profile there are many endorsements from happy owners as well as a full police check available if required.

As always, Roz has done an outstanding job. We would have Roz as our sitter every time we went away if we could! Our house and most importantly our fur baby are always well looked after. We come home like we have never been away. Roz has become a friend over the years we have had her sit for us and she is a pleasure to have stay.
Roz did an amazing job of looking after our three cats along with the house and pool. The cats were healthy and happy on our return. We felt very comfortable with Roz and our boys took to her straight away. The house was immaculate when we arrived home and Roz kept us updated and how our cats were doing. We would definitely have her sit again.

Roz is our favourite sitter. She does a excellent job of caring for our home and pup like they are her own. We wish we could get her to sit everytime we go away. We never have any problems and come home like we never left.
It is very comforting to go away knowing our house is in good hands and Marty the cat also so well taken care of.

This was our first time using Aussie house sitters and Roz was a fabulous introduction to it. She was great at communicating and caring for our property and our dear old cat Pepsi. We felt very relaxed on our holiday knowing all was in good hands.

We left our home and pets in Roz's capable hands for nearly 3 weeks, and returned to a clean house and 4 happy healthy pets. We were overjoyed with Roz's care of our pets, because our 2 elderly cats need medication and can be fussy eaters. Our dog is a very active border collie who needs daily walks and frequent grooming. Roz is an excellent sitter. We leave our house and precious pup in her very capable hands with the confidence that everything will be well looked after. This last sit Roz was very helpful in managing our pup's trip to the vet and groomer, plus dealing with our yard flooding. Throughout the sit she responded to our messages and put our minds at ease. We LOVE Roz, but not only us, His Royal Highness Fat Cat, Jessie our dogo and our three horses! My gosh, we returned home to a chilled out bunch of animals and well cared for home. My house was in better shape than when I left it! The cats are missing 'Auntie Roz' - we think she is a 'cat whisperer.'
Plants are looking good for winter and the handover start and finish couldn't have been smoother.
Perhaps we should go away more often but I would check Roz's availability before booking another trip.

We highly recommend Roz who looked after our house and 2 fur babies for 2 weeks. The dogs were well looked after and spoilt and we had to rely on Roz to give medication to Chloe every day which was much appreciated. They are ball crazy so I know she would have been coaxed into playing ball every day. The house was spotless and I cant thank her enough for allowing us to have a break over Easter.
I left for my trip with total confidence in Roz. I was not wrong, and came home to a spotless house and happy plants. Such a lovely person, with so much common sense and experience.
Had a lovely experience with Roz. She was like a ninja - came in after we left and left before we came home. All the animals were well tendered too - in fact they looked very content when we got home. Roz looked after our special needs cats without any concerns. The house was in great shape, possibly better than we left it, and even the laundry was done.

We left for the US confident our house and kitten, Marty, were in great hands. It was very reassuring knowing someone was there making sure the gardens were watered and the pool clean which Roz did wonderfully and capably. Roz is an articulate lady, well travelled and very easy to deal with. From our first contact, we were completely at ease with Roz and that transferred to our two Italian Greyhounds. They were very well looked after as was our house and gardens.

Roz is a lovely person and a wonderful house/pet sitter. Our critters are always happy and well when we return home. They spend a lot of time with her getting cuddles and pats. Our house and garden are left in a great state. Five stars are not enough!
Roz has returned to look after Dasha for a second time, Dasha loves Roz. Roz is super helpful during her stay if you need assistance. This stay she could not stay the whole period of my holiday so she helped me in moving Dasha to her puppy hotel, I would highly recommend Roz for a sit!

Roz has just looked after our 3 staffies, bird and 2 fish tanks for 2.5 weeks. Our home was kept spotlessly clean and tidy and our babies were well looked after while we were away. Roz housesat for us on a number of occasions and she was fantastic. Roz went above and beyond in her care of our Cats, Fish and our house - we had complete confidence that all would be well which allowed us to fully relax while on holidays. I would happily recommend anyone to have Roz house-sit for them. She would have no problem dealing with any situation arising even shooing away a large carpet snake from the cat she was minding. Lovely to come home to a nice clean tidy house also.
