Our focus is on farms & wildlife and we travel in a caravan. We are a retired couple with a house south of Sydney and enjoy traveling overseas and in Oz. We both grew up with dogs. Nikki had her own horse for 17 years back in Germany, is confident around horses and still loves the occasional trail ride. Keith is an active surfer.

We are both responsible and fit, we enjoy walking, nature and love looking after hobby farms. We have also cared for kangaroo joeys needing bottle feeding, possums & gliders while their fulltime carers were on a break.

Keith was a Justice of the Peace for 30 years. He retired from BHP 10 years ago, where he held a senior management position. In his penultimate year of work, Keith was voted Boss of the Year in the Illawarra. Keith was also involved with the local PCYC for 30 years and is a long term blood donor. Nikki has been granted Australian citizenship in 2019 which entailed a Police Check and has worked as a writer and in the Hospitality industry.

In Australia, we love traveling in our off-road caravan and prefer to sleep in the van. We are non-smokers. Keith is able to do maintenance and repairs on most items around the home or farm if a problem occurs and can operate small machinery if needed. We are confident problem solvers around the house or farm.

We prefer housesits up to 2 or 3 weeks.

We both enjoy a clean and tidy environment and are respectful of others and their property. Looking forward to housesitting and seeing more of this beautiful country :)

Keith and Nikki are absolutely stellar Housesitters. We feel so lucky they chose us! We have a small farm and a large number of animals to look after so it is no small task and they did it beautifully. They sent us daily updates on our very spoiled dogs cows donkeys ducks and chickens…so that we didn’t miss them at all! Keith & Nikki were great pet sitters, looking after our horse 2 ponies, pet pig & chickens while we had a little getaway for Australia Day. Our flat was left neat and tidy & Keith and Nikki even picked up the manure in the horses yards (thank you) ! I would recommend Keith & Nikki for all future pet sits .

Our home was respected and animals were cared for with love thus allowing us to truly relax and enjoy our holiday without a worry in the world. How lucky we were to find Keith and Nikki to housesit for us while we were away for almost 3 weeks. They took impeccable care of our two dogs, two goat kids and chickens. Communication with them was seamless both before the housesit and during the time we were away as they provided us with regular updates by email and phone, including photos of the animals and garden. It will be sooo good to have Keith & Nikki come back to house sit again over the New Year period. They came for a house sit in 2017 & have been back with their caravan numerous times to sit & share their love with our 2 dogs Tess & Kybie & look after our 5 horses with the added benefit of Nikki being able to ride the horses to keep them in shape. We have been so lucky to find such wonderful friends & know that our animals & house are in such capable hands.

Keith and Nikki are the ultimate professional Housesitters. Our dog was a little nervous at the start but came around towards the end. Keith and Nikki watered horses, cleaned above and beyond what we expected and even administered first aid to an old horse. Our place was looked after in a very good way. Keith has generously offered his expertise and fixed our jammed door lock at the internal access of the garage when we are away!
