Hi I am a 70 year old single woman who has travelled around Australia. I am a non smoker and social drinker.. I no longer have pets of my own. I have family who live in South Australia. I have been house sitting for the past 5 years and really love what I do.. I am happy to look after all kinds of properties and animals both large and small. I owned a 20 acre hobby farm some years ago and am comfortable with horses and other large and small animals. I enjoy pottering in the garden and caring for indoor plants. I have worked as a nurse and held many senior positions in health so am responsible, reliable, honest and a good problem solver. I have many excellent referees that you are welcome to speak with. All jokes aside, Sandie was recommended to us by a friend, Sandie is a lady who has lots of experience looking after people's homes and fur children.
When we return home form our holiday, it was like we had not been away the house was as we left it.
The dogs were well looked after.

We felt comfortable with Sandie immediately. We have 6 cats and 2 little Maltese dogs. With all the animals quirks leaving them in a strangers care was a little daunting but Sandie kindly gave us progress reports whilst we were away, allaying our fears. Sandie has been my house sitter when I have travelled both in South Australia and overseas. On three occasions now she has cared for my dogs and chooks exceptionally well and as if they were her own. I am a keen gardener and require that it is cared for at a very high standard and during my time away Sandie has done that for me. I know when I am away I have no need to worry about anything at home as Sandie is very reliable, responsible and trustworthy

To whom it may concern.

Sandie Deluca was recommended to us through friends who have used her service for their small acreage property. Sandie arrived at our property after keeping in contact with us prior to her arrival. Due to covid we were unable to take our normal several months winter away from SA but did manage a 2 week break which Sandie happily took care of our horses, ducks and garden.

Sandie was responsible for feeding horses twice daily inclusive of rugging/unrugging, checking hooves and applying treatment if required. Ducks required top up of feed and checking waters. Our garden of roses thrived under sandies care and we were very happy with the care of our property which also required some hand weed spraying and picking up of fallen branches.

Sandie stayed in our self contained cottage which was kept clean and in good order. We are fastidious property owners and we both felt very comfortable with Sandie and felt confident she would be able to sort any situation. She is friendly, honest and flexible and we would recommend her to others.

This being our first ever House Sit we were very nervous. Sandra was excellent and made us feel at ease straight away. Our house, pets and garden were left perfectly we would give Sandra 5 Stars Fingers crossed Sandra can return next year for our annual holiday away. We found Sandie to be an excellent House sitter when we were away recently. She has a great personality that shows out in all that she does. Sandie was an excellent house sitter for six weeks for us. She looked after our house as if it was her home. She cared for and fed our animals (dog, horse and two sheep) so well. I loved having Sandie care for my house and our cat Gadget! She came and met us and was just lovely and I felt so confident leaving the house in her hands! She kept in touch while we were away and left the house looking perfect and our cat was so happy and I think enjoyed all the extra attention! Our dog was well looked after and the few care instructions we left in regards to our dog were followed to the letter.
