Hi there,

We are a non-smoking recently retired couple from the Mid North Coast of NSW who love getting away in our van whenever we can.

We are (& have always been) proud home owners who understand the responsibility & requirements of caring for a home. We are reliable, honest & trustworthy & assure you that we would respect & look after your home as if it were our own.

We also love animals & if you have any, it would be a bonus for us to care for them. We know from experience how pets are a very special part of any family. Sadly, we will be leaving our two very much loved cats in the capable hands of our own house sitters so we totally understand the importance of their welfare.

We are travelling in our van & currently (August) in Exmouth. From here,, we’ll head south down the coast to wherever the road takes us until about March/April, 2025. Our intention is to finish the trip we started back in 2019 before it was unfortunately interrupted by Covid & the travel restrictions that were imposed.

Our latest family addition, Ruby (see picture), will be accompanying us this trip. She is a very well behaved, house trained little pocket rocket who loves everyone & everything, especially if play & cuddles are involved.

There are no time limits for us this trip so we can be fairly flexible with our travel plans.

I could not recommend Larraine and Peter enough! They looked after my cats as if they were their own and same goes for my house. I came back to my house being 10 times cleaner than when I had left and they even did some home maintenance jobs for me while on the stay. My cats are happy, my house is shining and I'm so very grateful and appreciative of everything Larraine and Peter did for me while I was away.

Thanks Hayley. Glad you enjoyed your holiday. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & it was our pleasure to look after things for you while you were away. We are missing Tato & Sweetie already.
Larraine and Peter looked after our home and fur babies as their own. We arrived to a very clean and tidy home and happy cats, Charlie an Tink We can highly recommend these guys they made our holiday stress free.

Peter and Larraine were wonderful housesitter's and I cant recommend them enough. The length of the sit, should have been 15 days, but due to the border closure because of Corona Virus, it had to be cut short. They had to get back to NSW from WA travelling with a van and we had to get back from Victoria with only a days notice to get onto a flight. Overall, they would be welcomed back anytime to house sit. Thank you Peter and Larraine.
