We are a reliable, clean, non-smoking, honest couple who enjoy travelling, nature, gardening and social golfing. We are recently retired, Rodney from a Military and Security Management background and Kerrie from an extensive home decorator and Hardware sales industry. We are house proud and will respectfully treat your home and pets as if they were our own. Rodney is an amateur photographer so you can expect to receive photos and updates regularly, ensuring you can relax, knowing your pets and property are being well looked after.
Through the years, we have had many pets of our own and have cherished the companionship each one gave us. We are looking forward to combining our love of animals and travelling, to unearth the natural treasures around your area.

Kerrie and Rodney are the best house sitters we've ever had. From the first Zoom meeting we could tell that K & R really cared about their role as house sitters and looking after our dog. Before the sit started, they sent a comprehensive questionnaire about our home and pet so that they could provide exceptional care. Kerrie and Rodney were very professional with communication and so loving to my dog Chea she seemed content whole period I was away she misses them . Beautiful touch to not only send me photos but on my return lovely framed photo of Chea and photo album of time together. I was so happy with Kerrie , Rod have rebooked for my trip in 2025 . We cannot recommend Kerrie and Rodney enough. They are very organised and caring. Our cat Gâteau had a blast with them. We will surely contact Kerrie and Rodney again in the future.

Kerrie and Rodney were just amazing! They were great communicators, loved our dogs as if they were their own and were some of the best sitters we have ever had. We felt like we had made new friends :) Our house was so well looked after, they had even washed all their bedding when we got home. We couldn’t recommend Kerrie & Rodney highly enough. They were exceptional with communication and professionalism. The care of our home was wonderful…but most of all allowed us to holiday as ease by caring for our dogs above & beyond expectations. What began as a house sit & ended as a friendship. We are so appreciative and overwhelmed with our first use of Aussie House Sitters site.

Although we are still away on our travels, we've been told.that our house was left in great condition by Rodney and Kerrie, with the added bonus of some beautiful pictures of our groodle, Cava - the benefits of Rodney being an avid photographer! Prior to the house sit communication was excellent, and we appreciated the document they provided beforehand to make sure they understood the requirements of the house sit. We'd certainly use Rodney and Kerrie again!

Kerrie & Rodney are fabulous housesitters. We spoke & messaged on a regular basis, mainly to share Diggers adventures 😆. Everything went very smoothly, we had a great meet up the day before the sit, Kerrie & I sorted everything out, my hubby & Rodney chatted about photography!! Rodney took some lovely photos of Digger & the silly Galahs in our garden, which he left for us & gave us a chuckle when we got home. Kerrie and Rodney were amazing! They looked after my animals and house like it was theirs. I had anxiety about leaving the animals, but they put me at ease seeing them with them. They literally had the animals eating out of their hands. Rodney & Kerrie took fantastic care of our groodle and house during their one-week stay. We came home to a clean and tidy home; a very relaxed doggo; some unexpected (but very appreciated) extra gardening work; and a lovely extra personal touch (Rodney is a great photographer!). Kerrie & Rodney are a lovely couple. They arrived around 2pm the day before we left. That gave us time to go through what we expected from them on their house/pet sitting & for Olli to get know them before we left. Kerries communication was excellent. They had a hugh storm with water every where & no power. Rodney got the generator going & hooked the freezers & fridges up. They also were busy getting rid of all the water. They cared for our dog for 4 weeks, allowing us to have an overseas holiday with the knowledge that our dog and house were in very caring and capable hands. Kerrie and Rodney were an absolute pleasure to have house sit our property. They were excellent communicators in the lead up to their stay with us. Kerrie & Rodney are the perfect sitters. They gave both my puppy and older cat so much love and care, I doubt they knew I was gone. They sent me regular updates & my home was pristine when I returned. Their photos of my babies will always be treasured❤️. I can’t recommend them high enough for anyone needing a loving couple to care for your pets and home while you’re away. Kerrie and Rodney were a real pleasure to communicate with and so organised. They treated Tilly and Ted like their own and took really good care of them both and our house and garden.
