We're a retired couple living in Brisbane who love animals and enjoy travelling. Keith was a uni lecturer (electrical engineering) and I worked in finance. We lost our much loved cat a few years ago and before we adopt another rescue animal, we're enjoying doing some travelling, whilst at the same time also like to have an animal to care for. We used housesitters to care for Teddy when we were away, so know how important it is to have someone reliable, responsible and willing to cuddle and love your pets. Despite the restrictions of covid, we've enjoyed several housesits in the past three years and the owners have always been very appreciative and happy with us and how we've looked after their pets and homes. We've been asked back to many housesits a second and third time. Keith's pretty handy at DIY and is happy to attend to any small jobs around the place. We're houseproud and tidy and always ensure we leave our housesits looking neat and clean. We enjoy bushwalking and reading and are essentially quiet people who enjoy spending time at home and exploring an area thoroughly rather than just passing through. Pet and housesitting is an ideal way for us to see more of Australia and also have an animal to care for before we get another of our own.
I can highly recommend Trisha and Keith for house and pet sitting. We have arrived home from our holiday to a spotless house and very happy pets. They kept in contact with us throughout their stay and sent photos of our pets clearly enjoying their company and affection. It was wonderful to relax on holidays, knowing that our animals were very well cared for.
Trish Keith were fabulous sitters, our little dog Zorro needed eye drops 3 times a day and is quite scared of any changes. However, when we returned from our week long holiday in SA he was so relaxed and happy and relaxed. They cared for our plants and left our home spotless . we had plenty of pictures and contact about his progress when we were away. We would certainly recommend Trish and Keith to anyone and are looking forward to meeting them both again.
What wonderful people Keith and Patricia are. They cared for our home and pets like they were their own. The photos sent to us of the pets being pampered was a real treat. We highly recommend them to care for your home and pets to the standard you requre....,so long as it is not when we would like to go away LOL.
Patricia and Keith are the most wonderful housitters, anyone could get, not only was the house kept clean and tidy, the animals looked after, spoiled and fed. But also because of the recent lockdown in Brisbane, they were so flexible, willing to cancel the day before our holiday and also the day we left. I also changed our holiday date twice before they even arrived from April, to the start of the June hols to the second week of school hols. So we were going on a holiday, no matter what. So ... MORE

Glad you were able to trek around Toowoomba visiting lots of coffee shops and parks. It really is a beautiful city.Special thanks for looking after Hunter always adds extra stress but it was very much appreciated.
We can't thank Patricia & Keith enough for their care of our home & our furbies. Our house was immaculate & the dogs were well loved. We would welcome Patricia & Keith here anytime. Patricia and Keith, we really couldn`t have ask for nicer people to look after our house and dog. This was our first time we had housesitters in our home. All the worries we had when we thought some strangers have the keys to all our belongings were gone by the time we met them a day before the exchange. They are such a kind hearded, friendly and trustworthy couple!
